My first negative review on anything.
I chose this house because it had a parking and garage listed. After purchase I get messages in my email that I have to download another app to read.
Then I’m told by the property manager there’s no driveway and no garage even though they listed they do. I explained this to the manager and told him I’m a police officer here for work, he said I can park my fully marked police car with guns and equipment inside, on the street. He said It’s a nice neighborhood (as a homeless guy is walking by) and then said they have cameras. The only cameras I saw was the ring camera on the door that is no where near the street.
They sent me check in and check out instruction links that weren’t links.
I get here, park my police car on a public street to find the electronic keypad doesn’t work. I had to call the number provided and they gave me a code to the key box.
I go take a shower and the shower curtain is 1/4 ripped. A load of wet linen in the dryer.
The place was clean, neighborhood quiet and seems ok.

My husband and I visited this place for one overnight stay. It was an easy check in. The stairs are a little difficult because of the spiral stairs and my husband has bad knee. However, the place is very cozy and clean and we definitely going to stay again.
