Such great energy from the staff! Everyone is so kind, rooms are nice and spacious! This is a great place to stay at if you have a concert at NEG stadium or if you want to just explore Htown!

There was no shuttle to the stadium despite their website repeatedly mentioning one. It was walking distance to several places to eat. Nice, very clean, well done eclectic decor inside. I would stay here again, especially now knowing it’s walkable distance to the stadium.

Quirky little place. The underpinnings are a cheapish hotel that they’ve remodeled with lots of eclectic furnishings. Good parking lot. Bar was closed. Breakfast was decent.

It isn't the typical stay, in that it is unique and personal feel to the decor and art. The beds are not hard but a bit easier on the back and shoulders (if you are a side sleeper), really decent rates and they have shuttle services to and from the medical factifies in the Downtown Houston area as a complimentary service that is free of charge to and from you appointments. So we will continue our stays in Houston at the Ylem.

The lady that works at night was sooo so nice! Absolutely the best! The guy in the mornings though, was kinda rude. The hotel was so cute inside, I wish they would give us more toilet paper tho, and the cleaning ladies never came to clean our room :( but besides that the snacks were a good price and hotel and location very good. I would book again! :)
