It had a cool vibe.

Staff friendly and professional. Convenient to downtown and the river.

Very relaxing. Nice place. I will stay here again

All the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Excellent

This hotel is being sold and overpriced as a high in hotel which it is not worthy of.

Liked: great location; walkable to much of downtown Austin. Pool scene was fun with good drinks. Didn't like: Our room wasn't cleaned one day.

Thank goodness for 1 front desk agent who really worked with us when management was less than helpful. She saved the trip

The location is perfect. The lobby is beautiful and the pool is a fun scene. The rooms are a little cramped, though. It seemed everyone was there for a bachelor/bachelorette party. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location great. Minimalist property. Had no water during our stay and didn’t have a backup plan so had to check into another hotel. Restaurants pricey and not a lot of whole lot of food options but there’s a nice pool/patio and a lil Mexican bar/restaurant down there that’s good for cocktail and a la carte.

Nice hotel, unfortunately the water was turned off for 2 days. Toilet bowls throughout the hotels public spaces were full. No free water bottles or drinks offered in place (buy one in the room if you’d like). Public bathrooms not very available in the Austin area so it wasn’t pleasant. The hotel didn’t send a phone message or anything to make the customers aware of the situation or offer a refund, we had to ask around day 2 if we can leave with a refund. Although the water situation was out of their control, their poor response wasn’t. For the price of the hotel per night, you would think they would put out water bottles, send some to the room, provide hand sanitizer- in lieu of no running water to drink or wash with. It was handled quite poorly. Upon check-in at 11pm was given the key to someone else’s room, they weren’t happy to wake up to my trying to enter their room.

Staff were super friendlyp

Very upscale and cool.

The plants inside were stunning, we received a complimentary upgrade that completely made our trip. The pool is stunning and the perfect environment and not crowded. We loved it. Definitely coming back.

Total rip off on parking. I paid over $400 on parking fees alone.

No drawers to put clothes in, no dresser, small rooms, no ironing board, no coffee pot to heat the water for tea at bedtime. No fridge to put food in, fridge was full of beer, booze! No MICROWAVE like I was told by phone or here was! Over priced! Will not stay in here again

This place is magical and beautiful and in a perfect location

Great place - location, dog-friendliness, food - all A !

Dear Kimberly, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. On behalf of our hotel team, I would like to extend our most sincere apology regarding the experience you had. Our team tried to manage the crisis that was created by the City shutting the water supply to downtown and we are sorry that this caused a disturbance to your stay. I hope that we get the chance to host you again sometime soon under better circumstances. Kind Regards,
