We didn’t get the room we booked, which was a real bummer. Staff was accommodating and kind. Comped our parking (which is $$$) to make up for the room. The bathroom was handicap accessible….but the entire bathroom basically flooded because the floor didn’t have enough of an angle to properly drain. We had to push the water & use towels. It was literally a mess. We did love having a room with a patio to see fire works - but if we had the room we booked, we would have had a much better view.

The hotel was perfect, however I was trying to book the one closest to moody and thought I was going so ; however I ended up at one furtherest away! If I had known that, I would not have stayed there.. I literally googled closest hotels to moody, clicked on one and that’s not what I got! Had I been more familiar with area, maybe I would have noticed!I don’t enjoy deception and probably won’t use your service again!

We liked the location of the property. It was easy to get to and park, and walk to parts of town we wanted to see. We didn’t like that we paid a ridiculous price for breakfast, and 1/2 of the hot dishes were empty and we had to wait a long time for refills. The omelet station was nice, though.

Would never stay here again. The staff super crappy attitudes, told to park then realize they charge for parking, lobby bar was worst service I’ve had in over 40 years. Punks and not anywhere near attentive. Super disgusted with this place. Never again! I do not recommend at all!
