Quiet area with awesome neighbors so no parties.

Walk into the main room with living room and smart tv, ample dining space, and a fully stocked kitchen. The large bedroom with three twin beds is tucked off the kitchen area. Cupboards are stocked with everything you'll need for making a meal for a group. A door from the kitchen leads to a fenced yard and covered patio with seating. A half bath is down stairs. Up a flight of stairs are two bedrooms and each has its own full bath. The first bedroom has a luscious queen bed and plenty of pillows. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small single bed.

Just a note: The two FULL bathrooms are both upstairs.

This is the front house. There are two small houses in the back but each is very separate with its own fenced yard.

What is the parking situation?
There is ONE parking spot in front of the house on the RIGHT side. Extra parking on the street is free.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
The house is a two story. The main level has the living area, a half bath and a bedroom with three twin beds.

Is the House a stand alone house?
Yes, house is a stand alone home. There are two small houses behind, but each has its own fenced yard. All very separate.

What is in walking distance (within 1/2 mile)?

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, we do allow pets (dogs) and have a pet fee. Please keep pups off furnishings.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues.

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
Yes, just message us. We do have a fee that helps in prioritizing cleans for the day.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
