The hotel management is terrible !!!! First night we told them that the bedding smells so bad for paper toilet , clenex and toiletries and asked for a change they did it the next morning , second we asking for pillow for two guests nobody responded to us and we had to share them !!! Third the breakfast is horrible we were told that there’s no egg only frozen one she took them off an egg cheese sandwich and gave it to us . We did not stop complain and get being ignored and lately we did request room cleaning and we were told that there will be no one to do so because of the holidays !!!!!! Please stay away from this property this is not Hilton property since it does not have Hilton standards . We were so disappointed and will. Ever come back to this property again or recommend it to anyone at all . It is been a waste of money
It was impossible to sleep due to the noise from the adjacent room. My wife and I had our sleep disrupted at least 5 times between 2:30 am and 7:30 am. We each spoke with the hotel desk about this issue but no solution was offered and no manager was available to speak with.
When I checked-in to our room the door was unable to lock. Went down to the front desk and they got my wife and I into a new room very quickly. Very pleased with the staff.
The check-in process took over 30 minutes. The person at the front desk was not very competent.
Management was EXCEPTIONAL in every way during our stay there. Absolutely went above and beyond to help the community in a time of crisis.
Excellent hotel for a long-time stay. We loved that there was free laundry on-site, the breakfast offerings were limited because of covid, but still good, rooms are spacious, and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Liked the price and that it had a couch. Didn’t like the awful smell of toon from air conditioning

Who doesn't like having a kitchenette in their hotel room? The room was comfy with a sitting area separated by a curtain from the sleeping area. The hotel is next to a large shopping center. The guys saw a movie and I got a pedicure. The breakfast the next day was fast and that's what we needed. The variety was good and the quality was sufficient. The hotel staff was great.
Would stay here again. Facility is new and modern with a fresh, clean appearance. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and our room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities including the gym and pool and the breakfast options were all quite nice. About a 20 minute drive from downtown, 30 minutes from the airport with plenty of restaurants and shopping options within walking distance, including a shopping mall and movie theaters.
High tech, boutique hotel. Great room and very nice amenities. This is probably one of the best deals in town. It's 20 min from downtown but it's worth it. 1/2 price and twice the quality of comparable chains.
Nothing to fancy, but clean and modern along with a great location. Walk to dining and Alamo Drafthouse for some fun!
We needed a room for five at the last minute, and this hotel was able to provide a very nice mini suite at a fair price. Nice room, overall fairly clean, good breakfast, and a nice outdoor pool. Not spectacular, but a very nice room.
There's a lot of roadwork happening in that area, which was inconvenient, and it's easy to miss the hotel. But it is within walking distance of a great asian restaurant that has wonderful sushi. The pool was warm, but with all the architecture around it, it doesn't actually get much sun. A nice idea for the look, but not so nice end design. The art was contemporary and the room was VERY spacious, my favorite part. Keys were nice to use as well, and the morning breakfast was typical, but also had a waffle maker and nice dining area. Also, a cute lounge area outside.

My room was efficiently equipped with all the essential items for an extended stay (i.e. microwave, refrigerator, dinning supply, dish soap, iron, and a hair dryer). I absolutely I possibly needed within my room. The hotel is conveniently located on in a shopping center that features a Starbucks, HEB, movie theater and plenty of restaurants. However, the hotel is not very close to down town and other Austin attractions.
