Location is excellent for our travel purpose. Easy to get on and off the highway and travel where we need to go, which is southern suburb of Austin. Parking is spacious. Staff at hotel is short but the ones who were working deserves a pat on the shoulder for providing the best customer service they can.
Great experience. Staff was very friendly. The entire place was very clean including our room. I highly recommend it to anyone considering this location.
Everything at this property was great or excellant accept for the shower pressure which barely flowed. The room overall had a good bed, comfy and ammenities of a microwave along with a fridge. Quiet and relaxing, which was required. Staff are the friendliest and helpful. This would be a perfect rating had it not been a slow running shower.

Was beautifully decorated. Arrived late, night staff very nice. Good eats were out along with beer & wine. Breakfast was average, but good if you are in a hurry, was plentiful. Everyone nice and accmodating. We were all sick, so did not use any of the facilities.

The only beef I had with the hotel was the bed was a little firm for me. There was full breakfast every morning. I saw a sign Monday - Thursday was a social hour 5-7 with beer and wine. I never got a chance to attend because I always returned to the hotel too late. When I was there their airconditioner worked perfect thank goodness because the temperature outside was 104 degrees.

Hotel staff was excellent and very attentive to all of our needs. Location was little hard not knowing the area but after a couple of days it became a lot easier to get around Austin area.
