Bad, overpriced, not at all a five star hotel, old-poorly renovated room, holiday lnn looking bathroom (small, terrible shower) room service really limited after 10 pm. Unprofesional staff, bathrobes were full of hair, definitely last time we will ever stay in this hotel.

Exceptional staff and facilities!!! Love the remodel!!!

Great place even better location. Was walking distance from all that I needed

Great location and staff. Dated rooms. Needs major renovaion.

All rooms have been recently renovated and are very clean, quite and spacious. Ask for a room with a balcony and lake view (might even see the bats at dusk). The Sunday morning brunch at Trio is awesome and to be missed! Great jogging trails along the lake are just a few steps away. Enjoy!

Excellent location in downtown area. Rooms are spacious and clean (recently renovated). Ask for lake view if available. Sunday morning brunch is phenomenal and should not be missed! Will definitely stay there again.

We were so excited to stay at THE FOUR SEASONS! We paid more for the room than we have ever paid a night anywhere. What a mistake. The room was so average and outdated. The bathroom was soo small with a Tub shower. Service poolside was slow. Is there anything worse than having to flag down or go find your waiter everytime you need something? Then they add in 20% gratuity automatically. The location and outside landscape was beautiful. This hotel needs an update.

Dear Arturo, We greatly appreciate your taking the time to provide us feedback about your recent stay at our property. Rest assured I will be sure to personally address this matter to ensure proper protocols are consistently adhered to in the future.
