Bathroom too small - sinks way to low! Had to leave credit card number on checking in for any extra charges - would not cancel for 5 days - leaves my credit card open for charges- will not stay again because of this. Leaves me open for potential fraud.

Hotel was under construction and a mess. No notice that this was the case and for what they charged way too much.

Lots of early morning construction noises. Sure it'll look great once they're done.

After a horrible start of a trip we were lucky enough to get a room here for a great price! Staff was BEYOND amazing to us and I believe we even got to meet the owner who made us feel like part of his own family. The only reason I gave the facilities a 3 was because of the construction. But I would most dead stay here again!

The hotel was a mess as its all under construction. There is only one entrance into the entire building which was an inconvenience.

Our room was recently renovated, but the rest of the hotel is under construction. The lobby is basically a table next to the all-you-can-eat breakfast tables. The A/C broke down one day which was horrific in the Texas summer. Nothing to write home about, it's more of a place to sleep. Don't expect anything more.

In the middle of a reno - which is good, longterm. Hotel "Ramadan" can't be renovated fast enough! Watch the area too! Looks very high crime and Austin appears to be doing its best to cut usage fr street lights. 2 of 4 AC units were off line due to failures from Saturday night. Breakfast was fair with watered down Orange Juice, no bacon, limited cereal selections. Shower head was nice. New fixtures for the shows helped. Priced too high.

Terrible. They said nothing that they do renovations. Noise!!!

They are renovating the hotel, redoing all eioms and convering from Ramada to Best Western, so it's not ideal now. For example, room was supposed to have a refrigerator & microwave, but had neither. I called the desk and they offered the microwave but had no frig available, but offered to store my food in their frig. They brought us a frig they next day at about noon. Otherwise, hotel was fine with friendly staff.

Under construction everywhere, beds where so uncomfortable. Breakfast area across the reception, never saw that in my life, so imagine people trying to check out with luggage. Staff were doing their best. Pool area ok.

They are in the middle of rennovations and should probably close down about half of the hotel so that it doesn't sound like someone is beating on the other side of your bedroom wall with a hammer first thing in the morning. Also the rooms were dirty and light fixtures falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. It is badly in need of a renovation so it is good that they are doing one but just not on the back of my bedroom wall first thing in the a.m.

The hotel is very clean and the bed was comfortable. They are undergoing renovations currently. The first night I heard drilling until 8pm. But the following evenings it was quiet. The new room looks nice and updated.

Nice stay and great value. Walking distance to downtown.

This is my normal place to stay in Austin staff is very good. Happy hour is nice too.

OK Hotel. Austin's roads go every which way. Location is not ideal.

Great staff, happy hour Monday to Thursday. Good breakfast and great spot to catch 290 to Houston. Downers--I'm totally spoiled these days and love the in-room mini-fridge and microwave, which this hotel did not have. Also you're asked not to take breakfast back to your room, which is a nice thing people do for their spouse.

I vicited my son and grandchildren in Austin Texas and stay in Ramada Inn. My stay was ok.my room was clean but it was a bad smell on my bed.I wish I had a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room.I spend most of the time indoor because was raining and could. The elevator need a new floor.

One of the best values I experience anywhere for price, cleanliness, staff. location. They're a great team.

I was in town for an interview and this hotel was in a great location with good amenities. I have no reservations about staying here again!

Great value for the price. Quiet and clean. Great breakfast buffet. Only 10 minutes from downtown Austin
