Just ok

No microwave, when they brought one it sounded like a jet plane taking off. Shower worked poorly. Skimpy breakfast and staff didn’t seem to care about replenishing bread which was the only bread thing offered other than waffle maker, no fruit but did have juice.

My wife and I booked a room for Friday through Hotel.com and it was $8176. We decided to stay another night and it was the same price through Hotel.com. She went to get our key and the hotel owner said and I quote..."if you want to stay another Night in need $20 cash, otherwise you have to get out between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm". Unscrupulous business tactics and SMH

It took several tries for the door to unlock. Once it did, it had to be forced open. So don't stay in 216. The water pressure in toilet was nearly non existent. To flush, the handle must be held down. There was a roach on the counter of the sink.The continental breakfast offered no fruit or water.
