Loved our stay at the Fairmont. The room and facilities were excellent. Would have gotten five stars if it were not for the food and service at the Restaurant..Absolutely horrible! My daughter ordered Mac and cheese that looked like it came straight out a velveeta box and that thing was packed with salt! All in all we had a great stay but the food offerings were just extremely disappointing!
The hotel was very clean and modern. All the staff were very friendly.

Lovely rooms, great service, nice hot tub outdoors. Only odd thing was no sheet on the bed except for the one attached to the comforter.
Will not stay here again….. as a travel agent you look for a good hotel for my client… do not want them to stay here… too many issues
If this place wasn’t brand new and in a great location, and looks pretty cool, it would be a bad place. The location is great. The whole hotel has a horrible taste in food, they have no idea what good food is. And it’s over priced for what it is because if the food was half decent, the prices would be OK. Room service was not good, food at the lobby was not good, it was a disappointment in that regard. Even though you had some really good Employees in regards to customer service, some were just a joke.

I like that it was central and I didn't that the pool was dirty and crowded.

Great service
We stayed one night at the Fairmont and had a king corner room. The view was great, the bed was comfy, and the location was perfect for walking to Rainey Street. There’s also a little grocery store a block away. We enjoyed the Moonshine Grill which was also a block away and it was really great. We had the breakfast buffet at the hotel, and although it was good and there were plenty of options, with taxes, tip, etc it was $80ish for two of us, which was too expensive in my opinion. We wouldn’t dine there again. We also tried to enjoy the pool, but it was way too packed. No chairs were available and the pool itself was full of people. It was a Saturday afternoon so that’s understandable, but we weren’t in the right age group to feel comfortable hanging out there. Haha! Overall our stay was wonderful and we’d choose to stay at the Fairmont again.
