Once again the Fairmont has proven how customer service should be. Not adult moment specially during the Covid times.

The pool was pretty but it was so full with no where to lay out in the sun unless you get there as soon as it opens. I did not like how hard the mattress was.

Excellent location. Very clean. The Fulton Bar which is the main place there to go eat and drink nowadays (due to Covid-19) is a bit pricey for what they serve and they do not issue paper receipts.

I rented a cabana at this property to enjoy the pool. Not only did they close the pool from rain I put my sandals and money clip at my cabana in a safe spot while I went to my room and someone stole it all. Hotel gave zero help to try and find anything to make it better

The hotel was beautiful. The front desk man, Paul couldn’t be more pleasant and accommodating. Rooms very clean, nice view. Will definitely return.

I really didnt like the bed. That was my only issue. We were doing a stay-cation and had to leave early because the bed was so terrible. But everything else was great. Fielf's service at the pool was amazing though. Both days we were there he was nice and treated us great.

What I didn’t like was all the hidden charges that weren’t mentioned till check out, the fact my stay was 7 nights and had to call and be questioned why I needed towels everyday. And I had to request our trash and towels be picked up daily

Beautiful hotel. Spotless and smells amazing. Gym is fabulous and the pool was very resort like. Front desk service was very accommodating and catered to our requests. Would recommend

The Hotel was absolutely stunning and the staff was amazing. I cant wait to stay there again!

This was a great weekend getaway! They observed all social distancing guidelines even at the pool! It was great hospitality and great that they followed health guidelines!

Most weekends, we do find our guest enjoy going to the pool, causing us to hit full capacity. However, I do recommend joining us during a weekday if possible (M-TH), we find that the pool area is not as busy.
