Your average motel. Rooms are good, breakfast is descent, the blanket in the room is not too comfy but ok for the night. Neighborhood does not seem too good although it's not terrible for a night or two

I felt the staff was racial I feel discriminated.I hope you would remove them from your list for Orbitz hotels

We were really tired when we drove in and didn’t even realize how nice it was until the morning. Big, clean room and bathroom, looked renovated.

The room was very clean and cozy, bed sheets were clean, bathroom was clean as well

The hotel was clean. Excellant breakfast in the morning. Had all the amenities needed for a traveler. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property was well maintained. Not thrilled with the surrounding neighborhood and no where close to walk to eat other than family owned taco shacks.

My husband, 7 month old son, stayed here for two nights just this past week. Orbitz was having a great deal and I had heard that the hotel had been remodeled recently so we decided we would give it a shot. Upon arrival, my husband stayed in the vehicle to feed the baby and I ran in to get everything situated. Inside, there is an EXTREMELY RUDE individual who asked to see my DL and my CC. I pulled those out and informed him that I had already paid online and that I had not seen anything about paying an extra deposit but just because I did not see it does not change that it was there. Then I remembered that we did not even have $50 in our main checking account after paying for massive property renovations and money would have to be moved from our savings. Something that sometimes takes a few hours to show up and I didn't want to sit in the car with my infant until then. But then I remembered I had a Chime Card. Chime is an online bank for those who are not aware. In the Chime checking account I had $47. I remember this and I tell him I can pay the $50 right then with my another bank card. (it is 100% a bank card look it up). Finally he took it. We ended up having to stay one more night bc of the weather and I had the same fiasco with him again. And I got charged another security deposit. The room was spotless when we left and they still have not released the funds. Seriously BEWARE of the tall dude with glasses at the front desk.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall facility looked a bit old but the room was modern and nice. I was relieved. It was disappointing to find some old stains on the bed sheet. It was cold in the evening but there was no additional blanket. Since it was close to the highway, it was a bit noisy.

Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was very good. Entryway tile was broken.

I like the orange theme throughout the hotel. Although Austin traffic is terrible this hotel is close to the good attractions and 6th street

Friendly staff. Great shower. Well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

It is very clean and well maintained. Even though the hotel is a bit dated but everything is very well kept. The hotel doesn't smell moldy or anything. Ive been to higher tier hotels(Marriots) that smelled moldy. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

The services and the neat environment and warm attitudes of their workers.
