Very clean, crisp sheets, nicely remodeled bathroom, large room, refrigerator, microwave, good breakfast. Well maintained common areas. Obviously, some road noise from I-35, but we ran the room fan and brought our own sound machine, so not a problem. Overall, a very nice stay!
The staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean and nice for budget. Minded patrons. The breakfast offered left lots to desire. Breakfast could use improvement.

Room, hallway smelled like mold and very musty. Black hair in the room, towels and sheets very old feeling. Booked two nights and ended up leaving after one night. Staff was very nice and helpful but the property itself needs some love
Was charge twice for one room. Instead was given a $9 discount for the going rate, to fix the mistake. Appreciate the offer, but still was not right.
Room was accidentally booked for the wrong day, had two rooms booked. One booked for the correct day, the other for a wrong one. Tried to change it at the hotel, but they said the hotel was “fully booked.” Even though I could clearly still many available rooms. They kept the money and had us get a new room, we had no choice because we still had an active room, for the night. Gave a $9 discount, for the inconvenience… smh

I did not like this property at all; me and my wife felt very insecure in it.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Some details could do with refreshing, but overall very neat and modern. The orange and brown tile in the corridors do seem a bit dated and institutional, but clean. Very busy at the office, but it is a huge building with many rooms. It did feel less safe outside and in hall, but receptionist was very professional and proficient and it was a pleasant stay.
I was booked right near an entry door to the hotel. The door did not have soft close on it, it slammed all night as people came and went. By 1am I had enough and moved to another room. The staff said no one has ever complained. Yeah right. Why would they book anyone on that floor? Average hotel. You get what you pay for.
