The pictures and description of this property are not a match in any way it was implied that it was a self check-in property and that I didn't have to wait in line and that there was a wonderful breakfast included in my stay what I found was a rehabbed property that is way past its prime in a bad neighborhood so bad that the limo company that provided our car for dinner wasn't sure they could come to that hotel when I did get picked up by the limo he said to me that he was very concerned about the neighborhood he was parked in and almost didn't wait there was no self check-in I had to wait in line after driving hours had to wait again for almost 45 minutes to get checked into my hotel room one of the reasons I used this hotel was because of the self check-in I even received an email to check in for myself check in that never happened the room was not updated well you can tell it how to cheap rehab was not worth the price I paid would not stay here again worst part of it all was on the door to that wonderful breakfast was a little sign that said you are not allowed to take food back to your room if you're going to eat breakfast you have to eat it here that was a huge let down I'll be waiting patiently for my refund

reasonably priced. Property no well maintained. Sockets not working.

This is an older motel, but it is well kept, very clean, and updated. I’m on a 2 week road trip vacation, and they had the best free breakfast. I was very impressed by the well kept atmosphere. Authentic Mexican restaurant in walking distance, and a good Chinese restaurant too.

Loved the friendliness of everyone, the clean facilities, the fitness center and the breakfast gathering...

The staff were very accommodating. The location is an area that has a lot of construction present and homeless camps are nearby. Area does not have walkable spaces. You would want to have a car if staying here. The rooms are kept clean, but the property is aging and it shows.

Property seem clean from outside, safe and gate around property. Room was okay, had a unusual smell. It was only for 1 night so we didn't mind. Breakfast was okay, due to COVID food options limited.

The beds were nasty and stained they charged me money without letting me know I would need extra

TV remote didn't work. Deluxe room with city view is hardly deluxe with no view. Its 3 floors. Deluxe is on the second facing an apartment complex.

They have onsite parking but not enough parking spaces to accommodate guests. I had to park in the grass adjacent to the hotel. The rooms also have a weird baby powder smell to them, they was a dead roach on the floor.

The hotel inviting lobby and friendly staff, the fresh fragrance once you walk in. Room had everything I needed extra towels and toilet paper back up. My only complaint is the iron was old and leaked water on my clothes rm 321. Complimentary breakfast or buffet breakfast 🤔 idk but I ate ever bit of my fresh cinnamon roll, eggs, sausage, fruit cup, cereal, and all the pulpy lemonade wanted. Checkout was simple kind easy and simple. If in Austin TX again will only stay here.

Everting is good when I staying in this place that only thing is Breakfast is not really good

Hotel was clean and comfortable and matched the pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a decent low-price hotel.

Nice hotel, with the most comfortable bed and pillows ever. That was pure heaven.

Great location and value . It was clean and easy to find. I would stay there again.

No frills and basic amenities. Good for a couple of nights stay. Ample parking. Comfortable and has free breakfast.
