Our home is located in a quiet north Austin neighborhood with easy access to Mopac (Loop 1), I-35 and the SH-45 toll road, and close to many shopping, restaurant and entertainment options. This home has been thoughtfully renovated with modern finishes including updated kitchen and bathrooms.

This home met our basic needs and was comfortable. It was recently updated. Unfortunately, there were a few inconveniences:1-strong gas smell when we turned on the oven. We turned the oven off and threw away the pizza. The oven is new. The gas smell was strong. 2-Shower curtain rod kept falling. 3-Some faucets were reversed. The hot faucet ran cold water and cold faucet ran hot water4-The ice maker had mold growing in it. It doesn’t work either. There are ice trays to use instead. 5-the light switches need to be labeled. We kept trying various switches to figure out which ones were paired to which lights. 6-There was 1 ac unit to control a 2 story home. While the home did get cool, the upstairs was warmer. Meanwhile, the downstairs was really cold, especially in the kitchen.
