I didn't expect too much since the price was reasonable compared to other choices. However, the staffing was not sufficient or pleasant. The room had cockroaches and the kitchen didn't have any accessories.
We had a rough check in, and waited over an hour to check in. This may have been out of the control of staff, but they were not particularly helpful or understanding considering the situation. The property is quite dingy, with a leaking hole in the ceiling on the way to our room. Although it's' extended stay, there were no dishes or silverware provided, and few towels. The room wasn't cleaned over our 3 day stay.
I ended up not staying at this property because they did not have a room available for me despite the fact that I had made a reservation 3 months earlier. When I arrived at the hotel, I checked in and was given a key to a room. However, when I went to the room and opened the door, I found that the room was a disaster (dirty dishes, stuff scattered throughout the room,...) and the TV was blaring. I immediately closed the door because I thought someone was in the room. I then when back down to the front desk to notify them that the room was occupied and get a new room. However, the front desk notified me that there were no other rooms available and that there was nothing that they could do and I would need to rebook elsewhere. While I was near front desk area trying to work with Orbitz to find another place to stay, there were two other people that came in with reservations that were also told that there was not a room for them. This hotel had clearly overbooked and was not very helpful in trying to resolve the situation. It appeared the hotel was understaffed and that the condition of the hotel was not that great, so I am actually happy that Orbitz ended up booking me at a much nicer hotel that was close by.

I spent 30 minutes to be checked in at midnight because manager was training someone new and explained every step to her very slowly. There was no hot water in the sinks of the room, only in the shower. The problem wasn't fixed after I repeatedly reported it to the front desk. I'd like a refund.

I was given a room with NO hot water and an air conditioner that was so loud it woke me up during the night every time it turned on. The quality of the room was atrocious! Is there no check in the rooms to ensure everything works? Does housekeeping not report stuff that’s not working? I just can’t believe a room like this would be given to a customer and that no one who works there would be unaware that it’s in such horrid state. Luckily, I was just sleeping there was I was in between apartments and showered at my old apartment… I was too tired to even consider moving rooms so just stayed there but shame on them.

I liked how nested the place was especially how close it was to the Palmer center. Excellent, would stay again for basic needs at events and quietness and proximity to PTerry's.
