It is an extended stay business hotel catering to working class business travelers. It is not fancy, the rooms are large and comfortable and it deserves a five star rating for value and extremely low rates. It is just a few minutes walk from downtown Austin and includes free parking, which would cost $50 a night at downtown hotels charging twice the rate as this hotel.
