Nice hotel! Very comfortable and stuffs are very friendly. Getting in the hotel is little tricky. A big sign is need on main road so that people cannot miss the entry to the hotel.

No ac and staff is very rude and unhelpful. The room is roughly 85 degrees. When asked to be moved to a new room, the front staff mentioned they were all booked out. But that was a lie, we saw people checking in when waiting in the lobby

I traveled for business and this was my second stay at this hotel. The entire staff and shuttle drivers are absolutely amazing. The only glitch I had this time was when calling for the shuttle, I ended up waiting almost an hour for them to come the 10 minutes from the hotel. It seems that the front desk Forgot to call the driver and send him. I called back and was told “I guess I can send him again”! When Juan showed up very shortly after the second call, I apologized for having missed him the first time. That was when I found out he was never sent from the original call I made. I can understand someone getting busy and forgetting, but to tell me “I guess I can send them again” and making me think that it was my fault, I did not think was fair. Alfredo was, in my opinion, Trying to cover up for his mistake in not calling for my ride. A simple apology would’ve gone a long way but he never said anything.

Although it may be a little out-of-the-way as people have mentioned, The staff and the rooms are amazing. Everyone from the drivers of the shuttle to the people that work the front desk could not be more friendly and helpful if they tried. They exhibit what everyone should in customer service. I left my phone charger somewhere in the front desk lady Lina ended up giving me her personal charger so that I would not have to go without. The shuttle driver Jorge took me out of the way so that I could get a thank you note and flowers for the front desk attendant

Very new hotel. Very well designed rooms. Light switches in room 205 may be a little mis-wired, but I blame the Texas electrician for that. The staff were superb. Kevin is awesome, and the girl who works the overnight (I don't know her name) is equally good. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. A+++

Amazing experience with the kids, no chance to enjoy the pool and grill area, but room space and amenities are perfect for a comfortable stay.
