Plus: 1. convenient location; 2. clean rooms Minus; 1. Towels are rough; 2. Low water pressure; 3. Hot water @ sink did not work; 4. When I needed extra towels, shampoo/conditioner, the guy at the front wasn’t there and was told to come back in 20 min (vs them bringing it to my room); 5. breakfast was a waffle, packaged danish, packaged oatmeal, a fruit cup =/

My room had a flosser toothpick on the head board of the bed, my pillow cases were dirty. The carpet in the hotel was gross and the room smelled weird. There are more things but this should be enough feedback as is
When we got there we had no reservation our reservation was canceled without notice so we had to find another hotel
Nice property. Only issue in my room was the bathroom sink - drained extremely slow and the faucet on the sink was clogged a bit. Was never told if there was a free breakfast. The 2nd day I was leaving, it looked like there was one. Would be good to know. Would stay here again.
The carpet needs cleaned. Breakfast options were every limited. Bathroom has signs of mold.
Our TV did not work in our room. One of the lamps did not work. The toilet was loose. I would not stay here again

Very old property but clean. Staff was nice and very helpful.
The staff was very polite. There are roaches in the rooms. All over crawling on the walls.. all sizes. The pillows are horrible. Just really yucky.

Dust blanket and pillows was not comfortable. And was a customer complement for service was bad
No one was on duty had to wait 20 min to check in. Staff are all east Indians, no one spoke much English. WiFi didn't work, only an unsecured contact was provided, AOL won't work on unsecured portals. Decoration of room was hideous, all sorts of bright clashing colors. TV had no local access, only a limited number of channels, could not get Fox Business News or OAN. Lots of disreputable women hanging around outside front door. Checkout also took 20 min, clerk could not find the bill.
