You know it’s a good omen for a vacation rental when our first renter was only supposed to stay in the Sweet for two nights...and ended up staying a month!

The Sweet is a one-bedroom condo in the same building as the Treehouse, The Retro, ATX House, Heart House and Studio, however it is the most private unit in the building. The front patio sits opposite and down a flight of stairs below Trailside Drive. It's very quiet!

The bedroom features a Tempurpedic king bed, a large closet and a large full length standing mirror. There is a second large closet in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook a meal or just have a fresh cup of coffee with our drip pot, coffee beans and grinder. And we have an instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer upon request.

All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!

You just won’t find a better value for this location and size of the unit. The Sweet most certainly is sweet.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
