I booked a regular room and they put me in a handicap accessible room that had no amenities to use. Bed was extremely low and the mattress appeared to not be a mattress but a mattress topper instead. Not comfortable at all and felt like we were sleeping on wood.

Great hotel and the staff was amazing… The rooms are small but very cleverly laid out… Love the carpet going throughout the halls… Valet was a little pricey but there are several close spots to park near by… Over all we enjoyed the ambiance and the folks that work at this quintessential destination…

I liked the convenience of the property being close to my purpose for travel. I did not like that you have to go downstairs to the front desk for ice. Also, the barking dog in the nearby rooms. Walls are thin. I felt like I was living in an apartment complex vs. a hotel. Was thinking the dining experience would be an actually restaurant, not 1 little eatery that resembles something you would find at a food court in a mall. This place is more suited for young adults.
