$500 a night. Room was basic and I have seen better rooms for $250 a night. Did not even have bottles of water in the room. I have stayed at hotels for $200 that had better amenities, etc. No access to simple thing like - Advil in the evening. Called the guest services and asked for a bottle of water - they basically said come down and get it. Overall way better options for the price.

Remove the homeless people from the front entrance while waiting on your car from valet not safe for your guest nor children to see

Very clean, but the room could use another trash can. Also the shower curtain only covered like 1/3 of the shower which was very strange. I also wish there was hand soap that wasn’t a facial bar of soap. The hotel is beautiful.

Great staff, great location. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Great location. Work out facility was a little awkward but decent. The restaurant on the first floor was pretty good but service was terrible. Austin is a super cute city and this hotel is centrally located in walking distance to just about anything.

Great staff, Patrick Lavender was very resp9nsive to a water issue

Facility is good. Location decent. 1/2 block north towards 6th street is a very shady alley full of homeless. Pool small. Would have liked the bar to be open at the pool. Parking expensive.

A great stay. The hotel was close proximity to 6th Street and Rainey St, which was perfect for walking where we wanted to go. The amenities and cleanliness of the hotel was to par. Staff was very friendly. My only issue was that parking was $37 per day at the hotel parking garage, which is very pricey. Being a guest staying at the hotel, there should be some discount, considering parking lots around are less than the price they charged at the hotel parking garage. Other than the parking, great stay and will be returning again soon.

Hotel was great. Staff was friendly. I know parking is hard to come by in Austin, but $40 a day for parking seemed high.

I was there 4 nights and not once did my room get serviced. Covid excuse is getting old.

Ubicado a walking-distance de restaurantes y del lady bird lake. Lo unico malo es que hay demasiados indigentes o homeless en el área y no dan sensacion de seguridad en la zona.

Breakfast burritos and Starbucks available in the hotel

My only issue was that my room was next to the elevators. Austin being a party destination, there were several groups of rowdy people coming and going until very late at night. I woke up several times during both nights I stayed here.

I stayed at this hotel with my parents and 3 year old daughter. First disappointment was no valet services, which was not clear at the the time of reservation. Oh well.. we parked in the garage. Second and most upsetting, was complete ignorance of my request by the front desk gentleman. My toddler is a sensitive sleeper and on top of that I’m pregnant and have to go to the bathroom a lot during the night. After checking in we went to the room and found out that our toilet makes very loud screeching sound every time you flush, the sound lasts 30 SECONDS!! Imaging sleeping with that and having to wake up because of that many times during the night. AND then having to calm down your sleepy toddler who asks a thousand questions about this sound... super fun! I immediately went back to the front desk and requested a plumber or another room. I explained why it was important. The gentleman at the front desk said they will send someone shortly and not to worry. We wanted to go the pool and he assured me it will be fixed while we are there. Guess what happened? Nothing was done. I was too tired to go downstairs again and tried calling to check what happened. Nobody picked up. At that point I was too annoyed to even deal with it, so we just stayed in that room. Of course, nobody got a good sleep that night. It was supposed to be a good night resting break before we drive back home next day for 4 hours. Instead it felt like a cheap motel where nothing works and you are being ignored.
