A bit of construction going on, but a great clean hotel.

Excellent location, is near to 6th st like 2 minutes walking, excellent service and the room was very nice.

The restroom had hairs on the counter tops and floor. Water stains or tooth paste stains on the mirror. The coffee maker had old water and stains in it. The couch in the room had hair all over it. I'm not sure what the cleaning protocol is right now for covid-19, but it definitely did not not appear to be thorough.

Checked on and realized they gave me n adjoining room so I called down to get switched out to another room that didn’t have that and still a city view. Lady answered the phone I explained the situation and shes like yea we will change you but you have to pick up the keys . I said ok thank you and went to pick up the keys and get to my room again and another freaking adjoins room lmao and no city view. Thinking about trying other hotels maybe IHG brand sine they’re didn’t even try to find my hh number . And when brought to their attention it was just brushed off .

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Austin. Your hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The room was awesome with one of the most confortable beds we have ever slept in. The shower was to die for and would have stayed in it for hours if we had more time. We loved our experience and will do it again if we have the opportunity.

We loved the spa, exercise room and hot tub. The massage I got at the spa was totally amazing! My girlfriend got the facial at the spa and said it was the best thing ever! We’ll definitely go back.
