Paid for upgraded room and they gave me a not upgraded one with a shower that at first didn’t work until I needed to have maintenance come in. Average space in the room. No glass shower despite them saying there would be one. Sauna, hot tub, pool and steam room were nice touches as was the gym. The restaurants had good food but not very reasonably priced for the portions. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. Starbucks was a nice touch. Easy to find. Next to 6th street which was a very loud party heavy street which I didn’t love, but maybe for others it wouldn’t be that bad. Construction next doors made constant noise other than in the middle of the night (could hear it from the high floors). Would’ve loved if rooftop bar / restaurant was open during my stay.

Valet would not park my car at check-in. Had to self park. When I went into the garage, there were numerous available, valet-only spaces. Upon my complaint, the front desk made my self parking complimentary, which was nice. The hotel was fine otherwise.
