Staff was nonexistent, very limited service, you need to ask for everything way ahead of time. If you stay on the side of the hotel above Rainey street you will hear and feel inescapable thumping music until 2 AM every morning! Earplugs, pillows over your head, noise cancelling headphones do not help. The skeleton staff claims they have never heard about this musical phenomenon, they laughed about it. We suggested they should warn guests about this inevitable AM occurrence, once again we were met with laughter. I would give this hotel negative infinity if that rating were avai

There was a Cuban lady waiteres at the breakfast bar that made all the difference on a cold Austin day. She made us feel at home and welcome. Hotel was also great. If you can reach out or her and tell thanks, great service!

While the hotel was beautiful, the AC in our room was broke. It was almost 80 degree. We reported it quickly after checking in. A technician came and looked at it. Many hours later it still did not work. We requested to change rooms and were told they were full. We requested fans and were ignored. It was miserable sleeping in the heat. We requested to change rooms the second night and were fortunate to get a new room,

The amenities were so clean and so well kept. The staff was so helpful an made the stay extremely warm. Stayed here for the Marathon weekend and accessing the whole city and the race venue was incredibly simple and easy. Great location and truly an amazing experience.

Room was fantastic, everyone was nice but they charged us multiple times on various occasions that nobody had a answer here. 545 dollar room turned into a 1700 dollar stay… If we didnt save for this trip, this would have depleted what we brought.

The Cambria room was lovely, clean, spacious with a comfy bed. The rooftop lounge Limestone had great views and the lobby bar area was also pleasing. And the pool area is great. The staff that were present were incredibly pleasant and helpful BUT the hotel was terribly understaffed. We had to wait 40 minutes for our car on a Saturday morning, wait one hour for salad and bowl of soup at Lobby Bar (which lovely bartender comped), and the Limestone rooftop was very understaffed on Valentines night requiring us to order from the lone bartender rather than have table service even with reservations. I will probably give them another chance based on all the good, but hope management figures out staffing.
