It was a nice quiet area, and a very nice coffee shop on the other side of us. There was access to restaurants and shops nearby. Would be very comfortable for families with pets and kids as well. Host is very kind and super responsive. We would stay here again.

Has great potential

So first I’d like to say this place has great potential, but there are things that definitely need improving. First when we checked in the place was not well cleaned. The sheets were dirty, walls had makeup, hair in the bathroom broken items, beds were thin and uncomfortable, only tv is in the living room so be prepared to trade off if someone else wants tv time. The kitchen was definitely the best thing about the home, but unfortunately we weren’t intending to cook much on vacation. The location was good as well. There was also bats or something in the fireplace and there was a huge pile of dirt in the backyard. As I said it’s a nice home and has the potential to be a great air bnb. The owner was nice and tried to have cleaning come out and clean but the only thing they did was make the beds over from the dirty sheets that had tissue, crumbs, and stains in them while made up. I sent photos to the owner as soon as we looked at the property and he advised his regrets about the uncleanliness. I’d recommend getting a new cleaning crew or doing it themselves and making sure that people who spend there money are as comfortable as they would want to be.
