They didnt have our room available when we arrived, so they split us up. The second night, they forced all 4 of us into a room with a single bed. The AC was also broken but they couldnt fix it so we were stuck there and couldnt sleep well. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the happy hour, when I had time.

Really nice suite, wonderful breakfast, complimentary drinks and snack were great, and we loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

The parking should be gated as the location is not in the best area. Otherwise facility and staff are awesome!

Great facilities, very comfortable and the breakfast and staff were exceptional.

Even with water limitations in Austin, the hotel provided bottled water as often as we asked.

The hotel was excellent, really loved the complimentary breakfast very goid quality.

The rooms were large. I loved having an extra vanity with sink in the room since it is difficult for 2 people to get ready at the same time in the bath. We did think the AC wasn't working properly so we reported it. Mgmt said a tech would be up but 15 min later they called and moved us to an upgraded room. The AC in that room was great. Went to HH on Saturday and although the lines were long the staff were excellent and very attentive. Breakfast buffet was also great and the attendants were very helpful and all was very clean.

Overall nice hotel and staff, simply not worth the price. Not a bad stay whatsoever just nothing of what I’ve experienced at other Embassy Suites stays.

We arrive at our hotel at 4:15 and our room was not ready although check in is at 4:00. The young men at the front desk were not professional which reflects this hotel. We went to happy hour and 1 of the bartenders was high or on drugs and the other bartenders were trying hard to take care of customers. A manager took the women away from the customers but I sure felt sorry for the other bartenders. Also the young lady cleaning our room absolutely could not communicate at all with us. There are many choices in Austin so pick another hotel.

Not clean bed rooms. We found croach in the bed room. We found fly in the scramble eggs.

they have updated the hotel with Really nice new furniture...Great Bar area!

The facility and its amenities are great. Quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. This will be my go to hotel in Austin from now on

Hotel is in a good location. We have stayed here before. It is close to the UT campus and downtown. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Great breakfast and cocktail hour. They are doing a renovation (which is needed) so there is a little bit of a mess but other than that our stay was great!

Oct 2017 - hotel under construction. But I didn’t hear any of the noise. Older rooms but noce. Undergoing renovation so this place should stay nice. Managers reception a plus.

I reserved a King Suite and was given a room on the 6th floor. The hotel is in the middle of renovations and my room had just been completed. Overall the room was nice and clean but did smell of paint and the carpet was wet around the ac vent in the bedroom. I was awoken from a nap at 5pm on Saturday due to the construction next door to my room which lasted until 6pm. Other than those minor issues, I enjoyed my stay. They have a great happy hour and the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch.

I booked this hotel because my sister and brother-in-law were staying there. We had a fmaily get-together for Thanksgiving. The staff was exceptionally nice. Loved the free Happy Hour and breakfast. The location was right off of I 35. It was a beautiful hotel. I would stay there again.

Rooms were great; beds not too comfortable. B'fast food was not too good- eggs undercooked; French toast sticks not good (walmart brand in the frozen section much better); long lines, ran out of silverware, no place to sit. You should probably staff up for busy weekends. I would still stay here again though.
