Oct 2017 - hotel under construction. But I didn’t hear any of the noise. Older rooms but noce. Undergoing renovation so this place should stay nice. Managers reception a plus.

I reserved a King Suite and was given a room on the 6th floor. The hotel is in the middle of renovations and my room had just been completed. Overall the room was nice and clean but did smell of paint and the carpet was wet around the ac vent in the bedroom. I was awoken from a nap at 5pm on Saturday due to the construction next door to my room which lasted until 6pm. Other than those minor issues, I enjoyed my stay. They have a great happy hour and the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch.

I booked this hotel because my sister and brother-in-law were staying there. We had a fmaily get-together for Thanksgiving. The staff was exceptionally nice. Loved the free Happy Hour and breakfast. The location was right off of I 35. It was a beautiful hotel. I would stay there again.

Rooms were great; beds not too comfortable. B'fast food was not too good- eggs undercooked; French toast sticks not good (walmart brand in the frozen section much better); long lines, ran out of silverware, no place to sit. You should probably staff up for busy weekends. I would still stay here again though.

Nice hotel without paying downtown Austin hotel prices.

We came to Austin for an overnight with our two young children. I could not have hoped for a better hotel experience than we had at the Embassy Suites in central Austin. We were able to put the kids to bed on the pull out couch, close the kids' door, and use the bathroom and enjoy quiet in our own room without worrying they would hurt themselves or wreck anything. The hotel has a complimentary happy our so we had some light snacks (vegetables, dip, chips, crackers, popcorn) and drinks downstairs. The breakfast in the morning was just fantastic -- sausage, french toast, hot syrup, eggs, potatoes, omelettes to order, greek and regular yogurt, fruit, english muffins and toast, cereal, pastries, coffee, milk, juice...it was a 20$ breakfast, easy, and all free. There was a pool we didn't get time to check out, and our children could not resist watching the beautiful koi in the ponds in the central courtyard. The hotel was clean, quiet, and clearly very popular, there were lots of people and families there. There were a few elements about the finishings -- being able to see the plumbing fixtures under the sink, the bathroom was a bit small and crowded -- that would separate this from a 5 star place... but for the price this is an unbeatable deal and a really lovely, comfortable place to stay. We'll be back.

Ok stay but A/C not working properly and hotel needs to renovate all rooms.

Definitely will book here again. Everything was very clean and high quality. Breakfast and happy hour included.

Excellent services rendered. Staff was very helpful. Food was very good and services during breakfast second to none. Beautiful interior. Always enjoy my stays.

Great price considering it has all the amenities you would want! Plus the beds were super comfy! That DOES NOT always happen.

Only needed 1 night and it was great for last minute trip.

Excellent service by all staff. Facility was excellent. Received assistance at every level. Will definitely return.

Everything about this hotel is great from the staff to the free breakfast. Always stay here when in Austin

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Great room, great complimentary breakfast, very helpful staff. Will stay there again the next visit we make to Austin.

It was rundown and not what I expected of an Embassy Suites hotel.

At around 10 pm, the fire alarm went off and all of us had to leave our rooms. The hotel put a letter of apology in all our rooms and offered to compensate us for our troubles. The hotel was located perfectly for me, I had two meetings and it was located between the location of the two rooms. The bathroom was old and needed to be updated. The shower leaked.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all kind and welcoming. A big kudos to Marcus who works breakfast. He took the time to check to see which foods were ok for my daughter who was a good allergy. Later, he even checked to make sure she was enjoying her food. Breakfast was fabulous. The kids love the huge atrium, beautiful elevators and koi ponds inside.

For graduation at UT, great location, close to UT.

My overnight stay was excellent. The complimentary breakfast with cooked to order omelet was great. Restaurants nearby if you want to go out for dinner.

We went for a weekend in Austin with the kids. We loved the pool and the made to order breakfast. Extra room was great for the kids.
