The hotel was in disrepair, the mattress was dirty, the elevators were out of order, there was hair in our sinks and the hotel was surrounded by houses with boarded up windows and graffiti. We did not even stay here, we left and stayed at the Embassy Suites Arboretum. It was much nicer and in a better part of town. We lost our money on the hotel, but jeopardizing our safety was not worth spending the night there. We chose to pay again for another hotel with clean, comfortable, and working amenities.

Room was nice and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great- although it would be nice to have the waffle bar as some other Embassy Suites have. Otherwise, we were very pleased. Thank you for a great stay!

The one front desk girl had mean attitude like she was over the day before it even started tried to asks a few questions she was very rude like she didn’t not want to answer no questions or repeat anything she has glasses and braces with out her at this hotel they would of got a five stars but she really threw the whole experience off Thank you for everyone else that works there truly good cooks and other employees.

Our toliet wouldn't flush properly. The maintenance man came and snaked it ,but said it would probably stop up again. He thought there was probably something stuck in there. He didn't have time to take the whole toliet apart to get it out. Sure enough it backed up again before we left. enough it stopped up again before we lef.

The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not the problem.

my first room was too hot and when I asked to switch, they didn't give me access to my belongings that were still in my original room. Had to go back and ask for the original room key, then when I tried it, it didn't work. Went back down for the third time and got a key that worked and then back and forth to the new room and to return the temporary key. That wasn't a good start.
