Good room but shower faucet wouldn't close completely and it was loose from the tube. Airport shuttle only operates from Mon-Fri 8:00-3:30 which wasn’t specified on Orbitz when they listed shuttle available

The rooms were okay but the customer service from the front desk was terrible. The check in lady was very rude and terse.. there was no hello how are you today, no thank you, no your welcomes just blank states and straight to the pint answers. Checking out today was even worse. A gentlemen at the front desk said hello with a mail and the same women from check in just said you can drop keys there in box. I said is that it? As i usually give the keys to the person at the desk and get asked questions like how the day was.. all this lady said was yup.. and i walked away and she said no thank you, no you're welcome, didn't ask about the stay. The customer service is terrible. Have someone at the front desk that is excited to be at work and can at least make the customers feel welcome and noticed. Especially working at the front desk you are the fave of the hotel. Horrible experience

Breakfast was great! The pet fee of $75 was excessive, the highest I’ve ever paid. If we had known prior to arrival, we would’ve made different arrangements. Room was clean, staff were helpful, location was well lit and quiet.

Oh my God, the ladies at the front desk were really phenomenal. They were accommodating really really nice. They answered my calls. They were so friendly and the gentleman. I believe he’s the maintenance guy/shuttle driver, sweet as pie very pleasant. I’m just great the breakfast that they offer is so so good I think honestly those are the best biscuits I’ve had in my life so I traveled from Pennsylvania to Austin Taxes. I’ve never been to Texas before but I had a great time. Thank you. Highly recommend this Place.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean. I have stayed in this location about once a year for several years. I have reduced my rating to 4 stars because the hotel is becoming a little run down. Tattered furniture and well-worn paint. I hope the building will be getting a well-deserved refresh soon.

Awesome experience

Room was very comfortable, breakfas was great and fresh. The staff was great. My family took the shuttle twice and the driver, Raymond, was just awesome and extremely friendly. Loved this stay.
