Outdated rooms. Very small pool for that large of a hotel. Beds are not comfortable

Great location and wonderful view of the bay. Cant' beat it

The property was clean, staff was friendly and easy access to everything nearby. They were fully booked but never once felt like there was too much going on

Long wait time for food in both restaurants. Assume Holiday staffing issues

Kuerig not working right. No hot water. Hallways and room was hot. AC not working properly.

Nice view, close to bars and restaurants, easy to navigate

Very good hotel, no cheaper fit the price is the value and quality, Maybe the only problem is the people in the reception is no good atendent

Most 4 star hotels have an owned salon offering spa service, this one has a leased space offering minimal services. Though i like 24 food available, I prefer vending at 2 am and not grossly overpriced room service. I was further upset that the landscape crew fired up noisy equipment by 7:30 am. Further, it sounded as if construction was going on above us our entire stay minimizing relaxation and sleep without any notice nor discount being given. I am very dissapointed in my stay.

Perfect location, nice pool, room in good conditions despite hotel's age.

Well this was a first for my family and I at a 4 star hotel for a beach trip, and with all the great reviews, my expectations were high. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed. -Paid for parking, to come back to a full lot!! Had to swing around and wait for a space to open up. -Room itself was outdated, from the walls, ceiling and older looking bath/shower, dirty ac unit. Room felt damp, the floor between the beds was actually wet. My son found a really moldy pillow. -view from balcony was nice, but was not what I was expecting. To be fair, it was the 3rd party I booked through, though stated water view not bay view, made it seem like it was a great view. -the additional safety pin on sliding door wasnt lining up correctly, we have a toddler so we wanted to have the door secured. Maintenance did come promptly, but when we returned it was not fixed and there was zero communication on it! -hot tub had a dirty foamy look to it, was looking forward to using that, but no. Beds were okay comfortable, although with the room feeling damp, wasn't a great nights sleep. However, the staff was very friendly, I appreciated that, no complaints at all with front desk, housekeeping and valet. And my son and I did have fun in the pool, thats open 24/7, which is great, playing bean bag toss in the upper level deck, playing ping pong and exploring around the hotel. We ended up canceling the 2nd night for all the negative reasons mentioned.

no fridge bar no microwave elevators broken huge line to go to rooms

Had a horrible experience with the elevator got stuck in it for about 10minutes. Thank God nothing happened except the scare and sugar level going up! But manger was very ! Just should fix all the elevators so people don't have to wait so long to use one. Or have to use stair way .

This hotel was great, I was surprised at how nice it is for the price. We arrived early at 12pm and they let us check in early which was great! Loved having a patio!

So far so good. The room could have been cleaner. The sheets have some imperfections and I found a couple of hairs in the bathroom by the sink and on a towel.

Very comfortable staying with great staff great environment super comfortable beds

Great place only down side is we had to pay for our parking.
