The hotel was nice I can’t take that away from it. I enjoyed the view of the Lexington and the bay. What I didn’t like was the additional fees. If you want to park in the hotel parking garage it’s $25 a night. Plus you have to pay an additional fee of $2.06 for convenience fee for them to take the $25. Also that is self parking- valet parking is available for an additional fee. Having said that- the parking garage is small. Any sort of lifted vehicle wouldn’t make it. Wifi access is an additional fee, which upset my kids who like to play on their tablets. All in all it wasn’t a bad hotel I just wish everything offered at other hotels wasnt an additional fee
The staff in suit jackets were not friendly to the maid staff. Could not even say hello in the presents of guess. The hallway had food and crumbs all over. I could not believe this was the Omni brand.
It’s a beautiful hotel with friendly staff.
The front desk is very helpful. The restaurant food is good, but the restaurant staff is aloof and unfriendly.

Staff extremely arrogant, aside from 2-3 real customer service hospitality business oriented people… Charging for Internet with daily rates and pinching speed it’s primitive, specially for such a cheap commodity. Great location and decent common areas, nothing Wow just standard. Very Far from a World Class experience, location is what makes the Hotel.
What I did not like or there was $100 a night security deposit and you had to pay for parking
The lady at front desk is rude but her manager jumped in and saved her bad attitude.
