We stay here often but this time the breakfast was not good at all. It was cold. Took about 20 min to get checked in. I was told my room was ready but needed to wait a min. I was ask to take a seat that I would be called up when they were ready for me. After twenty min I told to get in line to check in. The bartender was was rude this trip and when we stayed here last Thanksgiving. We will probably somewhere else next time we go to Corpus.

Hotel is clean, breakfast is amazing, great location as is mid way to go to Corpus Downtown or to the Island Beach. It is an old hotel though, but they are doing a decent job upkeeping it. The pool is nice, a little small and crowded at times but still nice. Overall it was a good experience, can't say wow but it was good. Check in was a little of a mess, computer down, rooms not ready but the receptionist handled it very well and that is to be appreciated as not everyone knows how to handle pressure, but he did such an excellent job keeping calm and and keeping everyone else calm and informed.

We needed accommodations for 3 single adults. We booked a room with 2 queen beds & a sofa sleeper. It was a perfect setup, especially with the sink outside the bathroom. We were very pleased with the room.

I have stayed at the Corpus Christi Embassy Suites many times over the years, but I will not stay again after our April 19-20, 2024 trip. The amenities such as the manager's reception has dwindled to practically nothing and the breakfast was not as good as in the past. Bed linens had a weird smell, and our room smelled of insecticide. For the price of the rooms, I can find a better deal elsewhere in Corpus.

DURING THE 3 DAYS WE STAYED THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE ROOM, IT WAS REQUESTED TWICE AND THEY DID NOT DO IT, WE HAD TO GO ANGRY TO THE RECEPTION TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AS IT WAS ALREADY NIGHT WHEN WE RETURNED TO THE HOTEL AFTER BEING OUT ALL DAY THEY ONLY TOOK OUT THE TRASH AND THEY CHANGED SHEETS BUT THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE BATHROOM HOW IS IT POSSIBLE, BEING SUCH AN EXPENSIVE HOTEL, THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD SERVICE?

The free drinks at night was great way to relax after a long ride trip. Limit 2 per person. The room was clean and you could not hear anything outside the door. The hot breakfast was great too. We loved the open concept to the first floor. Pool looked nice but we chose to let all the kids have fun.

Furniture is dated. We had a leak in our room which maintenance came and fixed but still continued leaking two days later. There was something in the bathroom that made us sneeze and our noses drain each time we showered or spent too long in there. Breakfast Alton’s were great.

They have a great breakfast and the rooms were nice. They also have happy hour in the evening. The pool was nice but too many young children in the jacuzzi. The staff in the front were nice but the people cleaning the rooms were not so nice. When passing by their cleaning carts with our luggage they seemed upset because we couldn't pass by and they had to scoot over. The hotel does need some upgrades. The doors and edges of cabinets in the rooms were peeling and looked old. There was also a pair of children's socks under the curtains in the livingroom. Also both elevators were out on the back side of the hotel so we had to take the stairs during checkout. Overall are stay was good besides the minor details.

This was a typically nice Embassy Suites property but showing its age. The air inside is quite humid, which can also be felt in the carpets, but probably understandable given the humid climate near the ocean. Only 2 out of 4 elevators were in service over 3 days, so being on the upper floors was a bit inconvenient. We didn't use the breakfast service but it looked nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Jason (I think his name was) at the front desk.

My family and I typically stay at this particular Embassy Suites but this last stay was not so good. Our AC was not functioning properly and when we asked for a fan at the front we were told the AC was working just fine, secondly we chose this location for the indoor pool but someone unfortunately broke a glass in the pool area causing them to shut down the pool. I will consider other options next time.
