Esta espaciosa casa de ciudad de 2 pisos es perfecta para familias grandes o grupos. Hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en total. 1 dormitorio con una cama king size y 1 baño completo con plato de ducha se encuentran convenientemente en el primer piso. Los otros 2 dormitorios y baño completo están en el segundo piso. Una de las habitaciones tiene una cama queen, mientras que la otra tiene una cama queen y una cama matrimonial. El salón tiene una gran sección con muchos asientos y una reina de credenza, cama de espuma de memoria. Toda la ropa de cama y toallas se proporcionan. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar y comer. Área de la piscina tiene una plataforma de chapoteo para niños y una piscina más grande. We really liked the property, and the owners were so helpful when we needed to change dates etc. we spoke to her personally and she was warm and welcoming. We were very appreciative that we were able to make the changes needed and liked the location. The home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and convenient place

Overall our stay was very good. However there was one thing that made me question the cleanliness of the location. When we first arrived to the house all of the small children took off their shoes and played with each other for about an hour. Their feet were black with dirt from running around in the floor barefoot. It made me wonder if the floors were so dirty what else was. Hopefully it was just the floor other than that everything else was nice.

Great location!

Summer Fun at its finest

This was a great property for our family stay. Great location from beach access with 5 minute drive. Splash pool was a hit as well. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely would repeat our stay again.

The place was decent but missing a few items and not the best upkeep. Beds weren't the most comfortable and TV remotes were not all working. Overall, decent stay but didn't feel like it offered value for money.

Vacay with my family

From booking our stay back in January to today July 24th being our last day this home was comfy home away from home. Randy was great with getting information about the check in/out process the week prior to our stay, as well as when we arrived we couldn't get the wifi to connect and Randy called as soon as he was free to do so and got us linked. The property was super home-y and was within a short drive to alot of local tourist attractions. The Selena museum was everything I hoped it to be, the Texas State aquarium was a blast for the whole family. Thank you Randy for an amazing stay.

Wonderful

Check in was easy. Everything we needed was in the home. Super cute decor and plenty of space for 5 adults and five kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wifi was great. The water pressure was amazing. Close to everything! Randy was super responsive when I sent messages. We truly felt at home and everyone had a blast. Thank you guys so much!

It’s all about location and this property is perfect due to how close to the beach it is. If I had one con it would be that the dumpsters need a more robust pickup schedule during peak season.

Spacious and close to the beach.

Nice condo with comfy beds and good A/c. The pool was heated on the day we checked in which was nice. Good pool and playground for kids. Right down the street from the beach. Would definitely book again.

amazing trip & rental!!

My group and I really enjoyed staying at Randy's listing. The booking and check in process was super easy & we had no problem reaching Randy for help. The area has a 6ft adult pool thats not pictured and that area was super chill and relaxing to hang out at after the beach. The place could have used some trash bags but good thing we brought our own. Everything else was clean and ready when we got there. Great rental that accomodates a large group, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful

Pleasantly surprised that the house was more spacious than it seemed from the pictures. Had a wonderful time at the beach, only a short drive from this property. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or trash bags, luckily we brought some with us.

Family or Friends Getaway

This was the perfect house for our family get together of 5 adults to play games, relax on multiple beaches all within 10 minutes of the house then come back and cool off in a great pool we almost always had to ourselves. Would be great for kids, too.

Very nice place to stay and very centrally located on North Padre.

We stayed at Nemo Cay and had great accommodations. We need a bigger place next year or we would have rented the same unit, but we did find another one at Nemo Cay that has more bedrooms which we will need. We like the area and the cleanliness of it and the nice pool area and the fact that it’s centrally located on North Padre. We had a couple things we needed to get fixed and Randy was quick to come by and take care of them. He was always available in case we needed anything.

Great condo-spacious & close to beach. Good amenities with playground, pool & location.

Enjoyed our stay. We had 8 adults & 2 small children& never felt cramped. The large sectional in the living room was big enough for all of us to relax @ watch tv. Overall great accommodations. Only suggestion would be it could use a deep cleaning. Also saw several small roaches, so pest control is needed. Playground was great for the 19 month old & 2 1/2 year old. We needed a high chair, which was listed in the description, but Randy brought one quickly when we let him know it wasn’t there.
