The indoor pool was out of order, there was no hot water, the water pressure was more of a dribble. We only received a sheet on the bed, no blanket, the fire alarms went off at 2:12am, I went to call downstairs to see what was going on and the phone didn't even have a cord connecting it. It was a fake phone. Tiles were broken in our room and it caught my shoe, I fell and hurt my knee really bad. The room was absoluetly disgusting. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Stuff on the walls, in the air vents, handprints on the headboard, "stuff" on the bedskirt, my daughter walked barefoot for 5 mins and the bottoms of her feet were black. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

no water pressure first room, No remote for TV and A/C problems in @cd room , and TV quit working in 3rd room . all showers were filthy. Mold at bottom edge of shower and below soap dish . Staff not helpful even after having to move 2 times the first day

The room was dirty, dresser drawer was hanging off, there was dried up food on top of the dresser, holes patched up on the walls. I just did not feel comfortable or safe. I checked in and 5 minutes later, checked out. I could not stay there. I ended up going to a different hotel for the night. A refund would be nice.

This hotel sticks out like a sore thumb in the area, and NOT in a bad way. It is clean, classy in appearance, and that's merely the outside. The rooms are large and have ample storage space. New irons to iron clothing with, and nice hairdyers in the bathrooms. Room was spotless, the bed was insanely comfortable, and the atmosphere was just outstanding.

The lady upfront should have been a bit more helpful, when I asked for a Bellman’s cart I was told “go to every floor, and look for one” and “just carry your stuff upstairs.” Which was not helpful and extremely rude.

The internet does not work, stayed there 7 days and it was awful. Water was lukewarm and breakfast was bad. Pastry’s we’re state! Carpet is absolutely nasty. People were loud in the parking lot making it impossible to sleep. I expected Wyndham to do better than this!!
