Great clean & roomy hotel for a great price. Also great location.

Everything was good just the only thing we didnt like was that they put us in floor with a lot of noisy kids and we couldnt sleep.

Great customer service. Unfortunately, they didnt change my sheets.

The breakfasts were very good, however we really didn’t appreciate our key cards not working all the time and kept having to go back down to the desk to get them rebooted .Our cleaning lady Betty was the best, nothing was too much for her to for us

The staff wasn't very friendly. Their card keys for the doors never work. We didn't have clean sheets in our room. The property was ok but there are way better hotels out there. Save your money and spend it somewhere else

Air conditioner was making growling noise at 2am waking me up. Changed rooms at 2 am.

I liked that the hotel and the room was very clean and smelled nice. I did not like finding a roach in our bed in the middle of the night. Overall our room was very nice. But our room placement was terrible. We were right across from the pool, next to the elevator on the first floor by the lobby. We did not get very much sleep because of other inconsiderate guests re-entering the hotel at all hours of the night. The breakfast was nice. And the staff was very friendly.

The room and lobby area was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and staff were nice and responsive. The pool was a major disappointment. It is very small, almost the size of a large backyard pool. It was super humid in there which made everything rusty. There were a lot of kids playing around, which wouldn’t be bothersome if the pool was bigger. Other people also had food in the pool area which is supposed to be banned. They jumped in the pool with red taki fingers. Overall a good time, except for the pool.

Carpets were really dirty looks they don’t vacuum at all. A/C didn’t really work it’s really humid in the room

Nothing unique, the property seemed tired and not well kept. Hallways smelled and the room finishes were old and wormed.

Ultra clean rooms super friendly staff. Every visit to Corpus Christi will definitely be at this hotel. It’s our home away from home.

The first room I was assigned on the 4th floor had an inoperable toilet, so I had to move to another room. Around midnight, some people came down the hallway and stood there talking in average volume voices, but it sounded like they were standing IN MY ROOM. Terrible noise barrier to hallway...but good between rooms. Went to breakfast next morning and came back to hotel but couldn't get card to work with door. Went back to desk and was told that happens a lot. They had to recode my key even though it was only 10am and check out was at 11am. They need to do some work to earn the name Wyndham. Room was clean and comfortable...the 2nd one, that is.

We had a great stay. Although it looks like the construction of the hotel was rushed because you can see cracks and an even doorframes. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff at check in/check out. Clean room. A/C worked great. Wanted it cold in the room to feel like XMas.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you experienced a lot of noise during your stay. Normally, when a noise complaint is brought to our attention, we address it with the guest in question, asking that they quiet down. I am unsure as to why this did not happen, but it will be brought to our front desks attention to ensure that everyone is aware of the proper procedures when handling noise issues.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that our housekeeping staff did not change your sheets during your stay. Unless requested otherwise or the sheets are visibly dirty. The housekeepers tend to change sheets very 3 days for a stayover. I am unsure as to whether or not this happened, but would like to apologize. This will be addressed with the department to ensure they are following the proper procedures with linen changes for our guests staying over.

I am unsure as to why your key wasn't working, but I will have our maintenance department test them out to ensure that all doors are working correctly. I am also sorry for the housekeeping issues that you encountered. Under no circumstance should a guest check into a room with dirty sheets. This is unacceptable and will be addressed immediately. Our new housekeeping supervisor and assistant are working closely with each team member to ensure trained properly.

We close the pool at 10pm, to try to avoid noise issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to do the same for the exit door. I will however, have our front desk keep an ear out, if the noise is persistent as it was during your stay, it can be addressed to eliminate any disturbances. We hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for sharing your experience while staying with us. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the staff was able to accommodate your needs. However, I am sorry about the pool issues. We are aware of the ventilation problem and are currently working on this to improve the humidity. Once this is to where it should be, it should eliminate the rust. Regarding the food in the pool, you are correct, this is not permitted. We have posted a sign stating this and will monitor this more frequently. We hope to see you again soon!
