Good room; poor management

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The biggest issue we had arriving at midnight was the lack of the hotel desk clerk. I waited 30 minutes for someone to appear. I gathered that she was called in last minute and she did a great job jumping in the get me and the three other parties waiting checked in. This, however, shows poor management. Not likely to stay at this location again.

Great Hotel in Amarillo Texad

Our only problem is we are both nearly 70 and your beds are to high for short people to get in and out of. The vacuuming was good except in the corners. I guess housekeeping did not move chair to vacuum there. The only reason we saw it was because we had to move the chaise to stand on to get into the bed.

Employees screwed up and charges my employees $600+ each on their incidental debit cards. When they went to check in they claimed we had no reservation - it was pre-paid from Hotels.com.
