Excellent value and location

Clean enough and safe enough to stay a night but not great by any means. Beds aren't comfortable, very loud freeway noise. Wouldn't walk around in room without shoes. Also although it very clearly says no pet fee, even upon showing the desk attendant that and her speaking with manager, was still charged $25 for pets and told "service animals are free" which, obviously since you're not legally allowed to charge for service animals but that's not what your rules say.
Lighting around was good, but had a person come knocking on our car window. The lady that checked us in had one of the best customer service in a long time, she was great, 5 stars for her But the older woman in the morning was not friendly. I don't want to bring the "race card" in, but it seemed like she didn't care for us nor did she greet us, she just looked at us up and down in a weird way, no stars for her. It messed up the rating stars
Clean rooms, loved the staff. Great breakfast. Conveniently off the Highway for my cross country trip. Floors in the room were tile, it was so nice!
The room was roach infested.
They were remodeling there was construction stuff everywhere. Our room was partly done. Imo. Don’t rent out rooms that are not finished

Place is easy to locate, specially when you arrive at night... on the other hand, outside, the property needs maintenance... floors in the hallway, second level showing little cracks. Even with a early reservation for 3, room get just 2 full beds... not the best rest for 2 adults in the party...

Nothing unique unless dirt.
Shabby place, not clean and no amenities. It advertised breakfast included but there was no breakfast at all, not even the Granola bars the desk said would be there. The only positive was that i mistakingly registered for a smoking room (ugg!) but although full the desk help was able to find us a nonsmoking room. That was appreciated!
Too noisy
This is one of the older La Quinta’s with outdoor access to the rooms. The exterior of the building is not very inviting. Paint stripped doors and chipped concrete is not very appealing to the eye. The rooms were clean; and, the staff was very friendly. Be aware of where you walk. There is dog waste that is not being cleaned up by either past customers or property management. There were 4 dog waste stations on the property; and, only one of the stations was supplied with dog waste bags. There are three fast food restaurants immediately off the property.
Liked Denny’s was in the parking lot... overall well worn and dirty...bathroom dirty and front door safety latch crippled
