This hotel is very nice and we couldn't have been happier. It was my sister and my two nieces traveling with me and we needed a place to stay on our way to Dallas. The hotel is lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was terrific. We wished that it was our hotel room for the entire trip instead of just one night. High ceilings provide a roomier feel. The decor is beautiful. The bathroom has loads of counter space and is quite large. The beds were amazingly comfortable, offering one of the best night's rest I've had in a hotel room. There wasn't anything more that we could have wanted.

Stayed 3 nights seeing the area. Motel is rated a limited services hotel. Low cost. However, rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Available breakfast offered variety and entries were different on each of the 3 days. Otherwise, Motel is a box style on a major throughway and is typical of most. Congestion and noise can be expected. No views. On the other hand, restaurants and other services are nearby.

Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Quick stay, we checked in around 11pm and left at 7am the next morning so we were unable to use any amenities. However we were able to enjoy a hot breakfast! It was very good!

Free hot breakfast was good. The pool was sufficient, not big but clean and not chemically with plenty of places to sit. The room and rest of hotel was clean and well maintained.

Comfortable, easy access, clean, great breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel for one night on my way through town. From the outside, the hotel looks like any other Sleep Inn or low-budget hotel. The lobby was pretty standard. There was one employee working in the lobby when I arrived at about 6pm or so. He was very nice and personable. Check-in went smoothly and I was given an option of which floor to stay on. When I got in the room, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The bathroom was very nice with a long granite-type counter and a nice, large walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice flat-panel TV. It had a nice larger-sized mini fridge which was nice. The walls also had really nice artwork (Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe paintings). Overall, my experience with this hotel was better than I ever anticipated. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and I will stay here again if I'm ever in Amarillo.

Very clean and quiet. Nice, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.

Was pretty disappointed the hot tub was not in service., especially after a 12 hour road trip

it's been several times that I chose this hotel. I always have a great time here. The best hotel i know so far! Good location, Good services especially front desk and cleanning lady, Great breakfast(thanks for being free), very clean and quiet. Overall is great!!! It's worth paying the price. Thanks for my wonderful stays.

Very comfortable bed. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was friendly.

Friendly staff at check in and check out. Breakfast was fully stocked. Laughed at Texas shaped waffles. Room had a huge bathroom (compared to other motels) and beds were comfortable. Actually had 4 towels for the 4 guests the room was booked for.

It is in a good location. It isn't real fancy but it is clean and nice. We have stayed there several times and have had a good experience each time.

We were traveling through and looking for a nice clean place for the night. This hotel was all of that. The room was comfortable with work space and two very comfy queen-size beds. The thermostat was easy to use and responsive. The bathroom was huge! We were welcomed by a very friendly person, Lauren, and had a great night's sleep. We left too early for the breakfast but ti smelled good! And for dinner there is an Outback right across the parking lot.

my bf and i recently drove from new jersey to los angeles, and we stopped in amarillo overnight. i was able to make reservations and pay on my smart phone while in ohio, so by the time we got to the hotel all we had to do was pick up our room keys and head to our room. Room was very nice- clean, nicely decorated, with a large flat screen tv, microwave, coffeemaker, and minifridge. We were both exhausted and hungry, and it was late, so we ended up going next door to outback steakhouse and bringing our food up to our room. Got some much needed rest before heading out the next day. breakfast at the hotel was nice (fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, eggs, and waffles shaped like texas!). i'd recommend going out to cadillac ranch just off the 40 while headed out of town (if you're going west).

Very clean room and courteous staff. I will definitely stay again.

My fiancé was drafted by the Texas Rangers in 2010, and we were en route to AZ for instructional training from Atlanta. We booked this hotel the same day we stayed there. When we compared prices and values with hotels in the same vicinity, Sleep Inn and Suites was the best deal by a long shot. It was very well-kept and clean. As someone who spends a lot of time traveling for away baseball games, my fiancé has had hundreds of hotel breakfasts. He claimed that Sleep Inns breakfast was one of the best he's had while traveling. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay during a roadtrip.

Front desk was friendly and nice. The hotel was clean which is most important to me. Overall, I enjoyed it. The only thing I did not like was the shower was weird and open to the bathroom. But I would stay here again.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at in Amarillo.

I recently flew to Amarillo, Texas with my adult daughter. We wanted to see if we could find a good hotel room based on positive reviews. When I read the Sleep Inn & Suites' reviews, they almost sounded too good. But we had to check it out. Upon arrival, we became a little worried as the outside of the hotel is unimpressive. But that's a good thing! Once we walked into the lobby, we realized we were not at a typical 2 star hotel. Then as we entered our room, we knew we had made the right choice! Everything about the room is well-done. Very clean, good quality materials and construction, not cheap plastic that seems to be acceptable at most other 2 star hotel. Excellent firm mattresses/beds, large, flat screen TV with cable and HBO. Also provided were a good sized fridge, a microwave and coffee maker. In addition, a full breakfast buffet was included. We asked about the pool/spa and gym so they placed us in a room just across the hall from both. To top off all the positives of this hotel, every single employee we encountered was friendly, helpful and gracious. If they provided a deluxe ice bucket and glassware, I would equate this hotel with the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas, a 4 star hotel! What a great deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOT BREAKFAST THAT WAS OFFERED AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY WELL ACCOMMADATED. WE WERE COMFORTABLE AND WE ENJOYED THE CLEANNESS OF THE INTIRE ROOM . THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US WHEN WE TRAVEL. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS. THANKS
