Always a great stay at this LaQuinta. Our family stays here twice every summer as our half-way point on our annual trip to El Paso. And now there’s a Buc-ee’s that you can literally walk to!

AC did not work correctly. Staff in the morning was rude. They talked about their guest in Spanish very derogatory. They did not realize that I speak fluent Spanish.

Doors don’t lock - staff slow/curt at check in.

Check in had a line and when I got to the front the attendant just said “I’d and credit card” - no hello, thanks for waiting, or anything. Then the room door didn’t lock from the outside. Looking at it, the door jam was missing anything for the door to latch onto. Also we were right by the side entrance which was supposed to need a key to enter but the door didn’t latch shut so if someone went out the door was left ajar - unsafe! That door also squeaked VERY loudly so I know people were in and out all night. Saw some gross bugs by the hall light too so I didn’t feel like it was terribly clean either. Attaching photos of all.
