$40 per fee which was NOT in the listing. Room average. This place gets a “wonderful” Rating …..? Stayed in a Holiday Inn Express yesterday with a “very good” rating yesterday. ZERO PET FEE AND A FREE BREAKFAST. This place is underwhelming and the surcharge for a pet is wrong. Wouldn’t have stayed here had I known! I can see a Holiday Inn Express over the parking lot from my (dirty) hotel window ! Underwhelmed. ticked off about the $40 “pet fee”. Manager even acknowledged “oh yeah, we get that comment a lot”. That’s just ripping people off. That’s theft. That’s bad. I will give an “average” rating and not “poor” because the facility if ok. But stealing $40 from me is not good.

My kids and I arrived late, about 8pm. We got into our room and I started a bath. They had been stuck in a car for 10 hours so they were excited and playing. I got them ready for bed while waiting for our dinner to arrive and was called by the front office saying people had called complaining. We had been there 30 MINUTES. Literally the sounds of getting settled. They told us they would move us if we didn’t quiet down. I explained all my kids are small and are going to probably make some noise before bed. The employee was super dismissive and rude with my answer. So apparently people can’t handle kids anymore so if you have any, don’t come here unless you want an aggressive employee calling you after you just arrived. Terrible service

Surrounded by other hotels so very safe and well-lit parking. Fast elevator. Didn’t know it was an extended stay when I booked but having a full refrigerator and freezer was great. Bed was super comfortable. King bed w recliner great for one person. They had a good selection of snacks in the lobby store and washing machines. I only stayed one night but apparently you can preorder breakfast which is delivered to your room the night before.
