Overall a bit disappointing. Staff was there but not like cheerful or glad you are staying at their place. Room was built/modified for handicap access which was no problem but there was no where to really put our luggage like a table or one of those luggage racks. The room appeared to have been remodeled back in the 1980"s. Bathroom light/fan combo had one of the noisiest fan motors. Did not even want to have it on while in the bathroom. NO AREA in the large bathroom for shaving kits or incidentals. Room itself was supposed to be non-smoking..........it wasn't. STRONG smell of old cigarette smoke lingering along with disinfectant used to attempt to remove the odor. Breakfast was not good at all. Just seeing that there was no fresh brewed coffee available was a bummer. Instead a machine that dispenses coffee........you know.........those ones you see on TV Shows in the hospital or police station? I tried the coffee and decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. No fresh fruit was the topper for this one.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Very close to the interstate so it was perfect.

Wish I could have had a nonsmoking room. Otherwise everything was fine.

Bathroom was nasty, stove was dirty, & plugs didn't work. Dog poop on stairs.

The hotel owner recently started charging a $200 cash deposit for the Valentines weekend which was outrageous. The hotel staff would not let me put it on a debit card or my credit card. Instead I had to go almost halfway across town to find an atm so I could pay this stupid deposit. Then their system crashed and it took an hour for us to get checked in. Then when it came time for me to get my deposit refunded they tried to say that after inspecting the room the would mail me a check in 2 to 3 weeks. After a difficult conversation with the manager we ended up checking the room for "damages" together and once she was finally satisfied she refunded my CASH dep. Worse stay ever

If you are on the road and tired and need to get some sleep, this the place. Clean room and a comfortable bed

Check in was easy. Friendly staff. When I got to the room I was surprised at how large it was and how nice it looked from the doorway. But then it kind of went downhill. The WiFi never did work regardless of how many attempts were made by the staff and myself. The cleanning crew needs instructions on how to clean a room---or be fired. Garbage around the base of the bed, behind the fridge (no I didn't pull the fridge out to look--it was obvious) less than clean floors. On the up side, I did get a good nights sleep.

This hotel is not worth $112. But it was the only one available for less than $150. The staff care more about themselves and calling their manager a jerk than they do about checking you in. Many people sit outside their hotel room drinking and smoking. Only good thing was it was clean and spacious.

Wifi did not work the whole time I was there. I informed the staff several times.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30 pm. Waited an hour for a room that turned out not to be cleaned. Given a room with only 1 towel for 2 people and no shampoo. Advertised Hot Breakfast which was a waffle machine and a toaster. Pretty lame.

We picked this hotel based on price and location along I-40. We got in tired after a long drive and the staff joked with us instead of answering our questions. One clerk was just coming on shift and seemed not to want to get to work. When we got to the room, it was small and dirty. There was hair left from previous guests on the floor and the toilet (one of my pet peeves!!!!!). It served our purpose for a night's sleep, but we would never stay here again.

Room was great for the price. Way better than the reviews. Clean, comfortable, and half the price of everything else in the area. The staff was also very nice.

The only things acceptable about this place were the employees (who were very friendly) and the bed, which was at least clean and comfortable. Otherwise, the room was so horrible, I almost didn't use the hotel app again. The carpet, shower, shower curtain, floors were dirty. The furniture was SO disgusting I wouldn't even set my luggage on it and it was falling apart. The carpet was coming up from the floor.

Hotel was ok for price. It seemed like only one person was working, running around from washing linens to checking people in, to preparing breakfast. So it was hard to find the person at the front desk at times.

The bed sheets were the only thing in the room that seemed clean or I don't think we could have stayed although a turn in the weather would than had stranded many people would have forced us to probably stay there even so. The furniture was even visibly dirty the floor a bit sticky so that I even slept with my socks on so that a trip to the bathroom at night would find me to grossed out to sleep.

Furniture dirty, carpet dirty, stale smoke odor in requested non-smoking room. Bath fan noisy, and warped door required a shove to close it shut. Would not stay here again! This was the second room we looked at, the first was in worse condition.

Had a good stay-no problems. Only draw back-no free breakfast.

Extremely clean and orderly rooms. Excellent beds. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent complementary hot-breakfast buffet with crisp bacon(!) Value for price was the best I've seen from a motel in a long time. I will look forward to visiting this location again.

The hotel was easy to find located just on I-40. We have always found the rooms clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. We have already recommended this to others.

We could rest at night because there wasn't alot of noise. The rooms aren't fancy but will meet your needs. Good for the price. Breakfast was good, too.
