There was hair and toothpaste on counter. Shower wasn’t clean

When I entered the lobby there were two individuals behind the desk. Neither greeted me but acted like my presents was a problem. I stood there long enough to think maybe they arent offering services at this time as it was late and I had been driving all day. Another customer pulled up and was half way to the door and they locked the door on her. I understand it was late and it is common to lock the lobby and work with costumers through the a service window but to lock the door pretty much in her face just rude. Again this women stood at the service window with no acknowledgment. After serveral minutes the women getting off snidely asked "what do you need". The customer responded "a room?". After about fifteen minutes for this shift changes the one left and the other "helped" me. While she helped me she was contacting her IT services through an ear piece. I didn't realize she had called someone so I tried to be friendly and respond which resulted in her cutting her eyes at me. I have never been treated with such disrepect by a customer service representative. Upon entering the room it was definitely smoked in as I had requested none smoking as well as the room was generally dirty. When I got into bed the comforter alsosmelled.

The bathroom ceiling was very dirty, the room condition was very poor. There was a noise coming from somewhere the entire night. The pictures you see at the advertisement are misleading. This was the worst hotel we stayed in our ten day journey, however it wasn't the cheapest. On top of everything, the town stinks.

There was nothing appealing about this property. Room reeked of smoke, I killed a cockroach, TV didnt work, pool was drained.

The room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were lumpy but workable, and it was adequately clean. However, the heater did not work very well; we eventually set it in the 80’s, and there was still a chill in the room. Neither ice machine worked. The coke dispenser did not work. They have a small coffee pot in the room, but only decaf and no cups. They also don’t offer any kind of breakfast anymore, but have not corrected that in their listing. Their WiFi certificate has expired, so there is no internet. The main problem, though, is the woman at the front desk. When we arrived, she got irritated because we came into the lobby. Apparently, another worker was supposed to lock the lobby door and didn’t, so she tended to locking the door before checking us in. Then she had us go back out to the small window area. She wasn’t wearing a mask. She told us she did not have the type of room we requested. She wouldn’t offer a refund, so we were stuck with what we could get. When we told her the ice maker wasn’t working, she just said it usually is. When another guest told her the coke machine wasn’t working, she simply told him, “well, it should” without offering him a refund. She seemed to not care about the guests’ experiences at all, and was completely dismissive and disinterested. Very disappointing.

Bed Bugs! Stayed there on Dec 21, 2020. Placed seemed ok. All four of us had the tell tale bug bites in tracks that indicate bed bugs. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable. Don’t recommend staying there until they publicly acknowledge having, AND dealing with this issue.

Staff was unprofessional, rude and unpleasant. Another guest was occupying the room I reserved she gave me the key for. Replacement room was of lower quality, filthy, sink would not drain, coffee maker unusable, bathroom fan vents clogged with dust, and sounded like it was going to vibrate off the ceiling. Very low water pressure in the shower too. I asked to speak with the manager multiple times and for their contact information but was denied these requests. I was promised the manager would contact me but that has yet to happen. I will never stay with Red Roof again.

AC was broken, there was a roach in the bathroom and cat hair on the desk.

Both Beds linen and comforter soiled Old basement smell in room Was too tired to fo complain to front-desk young lady as ot was after midnight and I needed sleep so we slept in car. Most expensive parking space.

Check-in staff was so nice. The rooms were clean. The bed wasn't the most comfy, but great after a long day of traveling.

Room was dirty and something was splattered on the wall behind the bathroom door. All the other guest around us were loud all through the night and there was a dog barking on and off all night. Worse night stay we over a two week road trip. Room was big and had everything we needed, but it was a little scary staying there.

Complex was Run down, dirty. Bathroom not clean. Bathtub still had ring of dirt from previous guests through the years. Faucet were so cloudy you don’t even know that it was silver No new roll of toilet paper, no tissues except for a small travel package. NEVER returning. So disappointed as it had a high rating,particularly as far as cleanliness goes!

The staff were friendly and understanding. They gave us a room with a leaking waterline. That didnt stopped them from accommodating us for the issue that we brought up.

Very clean, warm and comfortable. Checkin was fast and easy.
