Breakfast not complimentary, shortage of room supplies, poorly maintained (elevator shakes, loose wallpaper, poor water pressure, etc), staff was friendly but some were unhelpful. GM tried to soothe matters with some free breakfast vouchers and extra time to check out, but the actual problems we reported were not fixed.

We spent two nights in this hotel. It is fairly new and very nice, especially the beds and overall comfort of the rooms. It is also quieter than most since it is on the west side of Soncy, so not much happening. I would rate it excellent but I don't feel it was as clean as most high end motels. They could have personnel issues or something, but for example our dirty towels were removed but not replaced, coffee not replaced and the floor was not vacuumed. Also, they charge $10 for their breakfast, although quite good and cooked to order. Not a big deal and worth it, just be aware it is not gratis. Will try the Hilton next door next time.

Clean room. WONDERFUL foam mattress! Slept very well! Can't agree with all their bathroom facility placements. The toilet paper was in an odd place and the toilet a little too close to the shower door... but all in all a good stay. Very convenient parking to rooms.

As long time Hilton clients this did not feel like a Hilton Garden Inn. Check in was not up to standard, I was not welcomed as a Gold Honors client, had to ask for my water, had to ask if the breakfast coupon was for two (normally I get two coupons). Room was small as was the TV. Vary annoying bathroom door that opened outwards and then banged against the room door. PET PEEVE - cardboard glasses. It was the worst breakfast service we have experienced in a Hilton. We sat down and she waved us to the lobby to get our coffee. I had to ask her for silverware. Went to get juice, only 1 glass available and no juice. She sighed and said "I'm so exhausted" and then brought glasses and juice. The yogurts and fresh fruit were not replenished either. I faced a dirty empty table the entire time. she walked by it numerous times empty handed. I heard her complain to another customer that she had worked until 10:30 the night before. On checkout we were never asked how our stay was.

Everyone was professional, the lobby was impressive and of course the room was clean. The shopping in the area was great. Verities of restaurant was great. The spa tub and pool area refreshing. I would stay again if I go through there again.

We stopped here for the night. We booked and checked in online. We got the bed and breakfast deal. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was excellent. My husband ate the buffet and I had an omelet. Delicious! Wait staff were very attentive. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Room was left open during the middle of the day. All I received was " I'm sorry". No one knows how long it was open, the room was half cleaned, so I know it was the housekeeping staff! Won't ever stay there again. No Way!

The room was huge!! However, they should have given a little more of that space to the bathroom. The room was very clean with a very comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast, too.

Only one person at check in, Don't take cash in resteraunt, beds were awful, no air in room and no very good hot water. For the price this is not a good place to stay. Will not stay again. If you are going to spend the money stay somewhere else. When I checked in they didn't speak English very good

The bar is never stocked correctly and the staff are missing what they need to be successful. Management is either absent or don't care. They could sell this property to Motel 6 easily. Will NEVER stay here again, no matter my top status with Hilton.
