Really good place worth the money comfortable bed updated rooms

I did have lots time in the hotel,just to sleep,but the concierge was kind not nice,after 16hrs drive ,not suggesting any king of help for some food,or water in the room,.

Hilton policy during Covid-19 is that their staff wear masks; but the counter staff wasn't. And when I asked about it, she responded "I have to talk too much to wear one."

The room condition was terrible! The staff was apologetic.

Average run of the mill place. Strange hoax system and the bed was way to soft.

The staff was very friendly. After a long drive, we arrived just before the pool was closing and the desk clerk said she would keep it open until 11 for us. The host tub was a much needed relief.

Hotel was conveniently located, nice welcoming lobby, clean rooms and helpful staff.

Booked this place for two reasons: bar/restaurant was in the building and free breakfast. Well after a long day traveling we went to the bar and no one was there! No employees to be found. We had to leave to go eat. Front desk clerk saw us and said nothing! We woke up in the morning for breakfast. It was 9$ not free. Sure there is a crappy free area. However nothing worth eating. We would have picked another hotel if this was the case. Very dissatisfied

We stayed here for a 1 night on a little business trip it was great, friendly staff, gray room and convienient location !!!

Staff were friendly and cordial. Well run hotel that lived up to our expectations.

Very cozy, with friendly staff. The good thing about this motel is that it is self contained with room, plus dining, and ballrooms if you like. We came in winter and not having to leave the motel was wonderful, plus we were tired as well.

It was dirty in the lobby. Food spilled from the night before and not cleaned up the next day. Their were no parking all full because of a wedding going on. Elevator flood was dirty and the wall in the elevator was dirty. Breakfast was not good ordered and did not get one egg until we were finished. Staff was not helpful. Overall bad.

When we booked we asked for a non-smoking room, but ended up with a smoking room. The hotel was full, so they could not move us.

The hotel was very nice like most hilton hotels are. The problems with the hotel included a small pool area and no complimentary breakfast. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was great, it was clean, the service was fantastic. The room we got was huge. You could have easily put 2 or 3 King beds, or had a dance floor in this room. This seems funny, because the bathroom was so small. You had to close the door to open the shower door. You could not be using the toilet and open the door. Two people in the bathroom seemed cramped. There was so much room between the room's door and the bathroom, that it could have easily been doubled in size.

The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect stopping place for our trip from Louisiana to Colorado. We used to stay at the Homewood Suites, but it was beginning to look a little worn, so tried Hilton Garden Inn and loved it!!! Employees very nice and helpful. Rooms are new and clean, quiet and very comfortable beds. Also good value.

This is no way to treat a guest. I will look into this and corrective action will be taken. We do hope that next time your in town you give us a chance to turn that 3 to a 5.
