It is a good hotel, little old but very comfortable

Great hotel for a night or two stay. The hotel staff were all super nice, and they have a happy hour-with a few free drinks per person. We were not at the hotel at the time of this unfortunately but nice hotel room and nice staff! Definitely worth it!

The hotel was nice, but the main reason I stayed there was the hotel shuttle. I called a few hours early to confirm the shuttle. Once I got to the airport I called again and was told they "might" have someone there in about 45 minutes (but weren't sure about staffing). I ended up paying for an Uber. As for the hotel.. it was nice. The TV is in a cabinet to the side of the bed, so hard to see.

No soap. Asked at front desk, staff said ran out. Someobe else overheard and got us the last one.

Nice place to stay, excellent friendly staff. The Carpet needs to be replaced, other than that it's 4Star property.

Very nice and quiet room, pleasant staff, and good breakfast with a adequate number of menu choices.

Room was very good, clean. Hot breakfast was also good. Grounds were attractive. Only negative was that the pool was closed.

Everything was pretty good about this place- beds, general cleanliness, friendliness, excellent breakfast. Only thing that went wrong was the internet went down in the morning...which also made the TV go down..and even the checkout.(apparently it was down in the whole city) So I gotta take a star for that, but otherwise all good.

Hotel needs updating. Ran out of hot water. Bathroom sink slow draining.

Hotel is set back behind Cracker Barrel so it's very quiet. The room was clean and the A/C was cool. The staff was friendly. There was no noise from neighboring rooms. The wifi on the 4th floor didn't work that nite (“Wireless Network Connection” doesn’t have a valid IP configuration) - It worked ok in the morning. The breakfast was nice but don't use the spray bottle for butter! Its for the griddle! Breakfast tacos were a nice touch – I recommend including potato, cheese and vegetables for the tacos. The coffee was good. Please eliminate the use of Styrofoam. There are alternatives like compostable paper products, recyclable plastic, and reusable/washable dishes. Styrofoam has been declared a carcinogen by the World Health Organization.

My only thing is it does not have exhaust fans in the bathroom and even tho I do not need a handicap restroom I do have an aurthritis in my back and knees and need rails for holding on to pull up.

The check in lady was not particularly friendly but at least it didn't take long. The room was fine but the beds were smaller than I expected. Breakfast was really good.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Amarillo.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. It's set back on the property away from thehighway. I felt safe.

Great place to stay, clean. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great

Very clean & comfortable hotel. Hotel staff was great. Near good restaurants & other shopping.

It was descent room for the price. I was happy with my stay.

Affordable and clean! Made a stop here on our way to Buffalo for the first night coming from Colorado. Good location and easy to find. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was filling to get us ready for the next long drive. Would recommend this to anyone stopping or staying in Amarillo!

Great experience, well priced. The staff and breakfast are excellent.

Best place I have stayed in Amarillo for the money.
