There was no breakfast due to Covid-19 restrictions and the room was not cleaned very well. I found a package of bread sticks behind the night stand when I plugged my cellphone charger in.

The staff at my check in didn't know what they were doing. They charged my card again although I had prepaid online. They had no idea how to handle these online reservations and the lady said it's a "hassle" when customers use these services. The "breakfast" was insulting. It's advertised to be "served" ...

Dirty and run down on the outside.fairly clean inside but front desk personnel acted as if she was “out of it”. Not the way you want your properties represented
