I absolutely loved this place! It was better than I thought. They are still under some renovations but kept it clean. They have a pool, regular slide for the kids to play on, putt putt golf, giant cornhole, big connect 4, and 2 shopping areas. They have a large eating area for breakfast. The free breakfast is very basic and the hot meals (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and such) are $6.99 a plate. It was very beautiful inside with live plants and trees. We didn't get to visit the bar part due to having the kids with us but seemed very lively and good music. The shopping areas were awesome; it included western blankets cowhide rugs, western earrings, jerky, purses, hoodies, jeans, t-shirts, some children's clothes, and more. We will definitely be coming back!! I took away a star for the unknown cost of breakfast because I selected included for my search and didn't know that the hot food cost. It was still a good price but no second plates and unexpected. In the bedroom, the HUGE double shower, only one side worked. It wasn't a big deal because we were still able to shower, but when I notified the front desk, they already knew about it. It also would have been nice to be made aware of that issue prior.

The staff was wonderful. The food was delicious. They are trying to upgrade all of their rooms. But our overall stay was very good and even better with the pricing.

Our room was a remodel work in progress. The bathroom had a lot of old dirt on the ceiling, the floor molding was falling apart, the ceilings were filthy. One pillow case had old blood on it. The door lock had been pried open in the past. The exterior door handle kept falling off. We were uncomfortable staying there. They were so busy and we were with also busy with a wedding so did not take the time to complain at the actual stay.

It was too ridiculous, i could not be angry..

Well, I wish I have read the reviews on google before booking. I would have stayed away. It’s a shame that the owners respectfully answer to the reviews how they wish a better experience next time, but doing nothing about it. No transparency at all. The hotel is “being fixed”, or maybe was just partially fixed, and there is no word about it. The pictures on the web mostly show so called fixed part of the hotel. And there were indeed pictures looking like our old room, but no labels or whatsoever saying that this is to-be-remodelled option. The room said to have two queen beds, but we got two full beds, and barely fit on to them. It was pretty tight. The shades were broken, the water was dripping, the coffemaker not working. Some partially used shampoo. Scratched furniture, outdated tv, the couch falling apart. So much to tell, not enough characters to type. Close to highway, our side could hear the trucks, but pretty much the heater covered the noise, cause it was louder. The idea is nice, but the reality is upsetting. Now, i feel very bad for the front ladies, they have to constantly lie and smile into the fave of angry people. I hope they’re being paid extra for all that pain. The lady has offered to switch us to suit room, but why go through this, if you can be more honest about the options. Offering the correct choices, and saying in the hotel app, that it is being remodelled. The breakfast was fine, but again, you have to pay for eggs;) which is ridiculous,

I had booked this hotel an hour before we arrived. The code that we were given at check-in did not work. Had to call for help to get a new code. There’s no front desk there’s no staff here. Everything is completely automated.The whole building just smelled old and musty. Upon checking into my room, it was very outdated and smelled. There was mold in the shower and hair. The outlet behind the bed stand table to plug in your phone was half pulled out of the wall and didn’t work. The beds are uncomfortable. There was ice and snow on the stairs. It was a complete waste of money to stay here for the night. I will NEVER stay here again.

I did not like that the pictures on website of rooms where fake. The room was horrible, walls were cracked dirty, restrooms moldy, bedding old and didn't feel clean. Furniture was worn out and had stains. Carpet horrible. Our door didn't close properly. Please remove this hotel. It's is so bad and the smell was horrible.

The room was perfectly staged for a warm inviting stay. The activities on the premises were great for my son and I to spend a few hours playing mini golf, connect 4 , pool and darts . We finished the night off listening to some live music at the restaurant connected to the hotel and grabbing a late night snack.

Check in was at 3:00 and arrived at 5:00, had to wait 10 minutes to check in due to the room “not being ready.” We were just told they were understaffed and it wasn’t clean yet. (booked a month in advance, drove 9 hours on the way to vacation) so not entirely awful but very inconvenient due to already driving that long. Also, another person checking in at the same time said they used self check in and someone else was already in their room (it was locked and had luggage on the desk that they could see and staff seemed confused.) Room was older, clearly not remodeled like the lobby. Carpet was old, shower had cracks all in the Sheetrock, etc. Dog friendly which is great but dogs barking all night was annoying. Not a bad experience overall but the room did not look like the pictures. Paid a better price at a quality inn on the way back home and had a better experience.
