Hotel environment is good. All stuff working good. The guy working Starbucks he is awesome definitely recommend for everyone this hotel
I enjoyed the restaurant staff. The cleaning staff was friendly. But, I think the front desk staff needs more training. I was able to resolve issues that would not be issues if there was more training. (Knowledge of computer system for hotel)
It has a nice workout facility.
Everything was great except for the air conditioner in the room did not work. We had it in 65 & it was still hot the air would click on for about 5 seconds & click back off.

I enjoyed that the pictures both inside and out were on par with what I experienced first-hand. Friendly and accommodating staff, just got to watch the bartenders up front because if it gets busy they get confused easily across the two nights I was there

There are many things that need to be upgraded in the suite I stayed in. The couch is hard, stiff, narrow and uncomfortable. The second floor has horrible views so I don’t want to open my windows.
