Check in and checkout was bad. Staff was not attentive. There were no one to check out with. I spend about 15 minutes till someone finally showed up to help me. Bar staff was excellent!

We loved this beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing and the room was so very comfortable. The amenities were great and the food in the restaurant available for delivery was fantastic! The hotel was right off 75 in a very nice, professional area. The only issue we had was there was a faint smell of cat urine in the room but it wasn't enough for us to ask for a different room. It was very faint and we felt we could live with it for a couple of days anyway. The hotel and staff are wonderful and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for access on 75. Very, very convenient.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to meeting worked great - perfect timing. Room was comfortable and clean. Facility was undergoing major renovation, so it was a mess. The temporary restaurant situation was terrible - atmosphere was like a cheap cafe. Service there was pretty poor as well - even simple things, like beer selection, required help from another person beyond our server. Fitness center small and not much in the way of equipment. Nothing around to walk to, so don't stay there if you want to get out of the hotel without taking a car.

Very nice Hotel with a friendly staff willing to go out of their way to make your stay personal...it was construction during our stay but the staff was willing to move our room with no questions asked. I would definitely stay and recommend others to stay.

Great Hotel, very clean, great beds, very spacious and the Tram into downtown was conveniently located right outside the hotel.

I hated the fact that we had to pay for parking and wifi. Ridiculous!

Stayed here to attend an event that was taking place at the hotel. Was with my daughter who was 11. Appreciated that a DART rail stop was located right outside of the hotel. At the time of our stay there was not much directly in the vicinity of the hotel to see or visit. Room was clean and cozy. Staff was aloof.

I was impressed by the hotel. Very classic and clean. I love the carpet on the spacious entrance hallway and great customer service.

Had a two day stay that I came down for in order to attend a conference that was being held in the same hotel. When I got to my first room, it smelled like something was rotting in the air vents. I called down and they immediately moved me to another room on a higher floor. This room was absolutely perfect. Had very easy access to the train, so our group was able to get to Plano to a restaurant we wanted to try, and we didn't even have to drive. The only things I would change would be not to have the bar close so early, and I wasn't thrilled about having to pay to park my car. Beyond that it was a great experience!

Hotel was nice but was staying during a Miss Texas Pageantry which I was not made aware of till I got there and had to deal with teen girls hanging out in the hallways being loud and crowded. Hotel was accommodating and room was nice. I would just make guests aware of any events or conferences going in when they book a hotel as there is a conference center attached.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful.

Disappointing for a family trip. There was no microwave or refrigerator. We were right by the elevators, which were loud. Parking was expensive. The food was also expensive. This hotel was geared for business travelers.

Wonderful hotel - I do not like paying extra for the internet.

great room. fun view of the traffic at night. relaxing hotel, great coffee shop, and pastries in the a.m. , did not use the workout facilities, many options for restaurants on the frontage road

I could not believe the combination of location (train to downtown, on a main highway, etc), service, amenities with that low of a price. I felt like it must be too good to e true. But it is all true. I would give 100.

My wife and I had a little weekend planned. At first we was just gonna drive home, but decided to get a room. I'm really glad that we did. We had a wonderful time. From the valet , to the front desk to the gift shop, everyone was really pleasant and friendly. I will stay here again ,Thank Y'all for making our trip very memorable.

Not bad. Small rooms. Clean, very nice staff, enjoy the pool, room service is very expensive

The location was perfect! With hwy 75 and the tram right there plus george bush tollway made it perfect to get around with little traffic. Room service exceptional! Food was hot. Excellant valet, beds very comfortable. Overall 5 star for service and price!!

The hotel was good but they did not have any parking amenities. You had to pay for parking in an adjacent building which was ridiculous in the rainy weather.

After I flu back to LA from Dallas, I found out my I Pad was left at the room. I called the hotel the front desk personal said due to the night time the cleaning crew of day time has gone. There is nothing recorded at the lost and found. Since I check out the hotel early in the morning, the recording of the lost and found was not record my I-Pad I have to wait for the next morning. I am supresied that when house keeping cleaning the room found the miss item by the customer, it should be recorded or contact the customer at once. It was not efficient this area on the lost and found.
