Smelly Room

The room seemed to be clean but there was an awful smell near the bathroom - like a rat had died in there or something was dead. Faint at times but more noticeable at others. Definitely did not want to eat in there and it kept me from sleeping soundly. Room #1117 Hilton Richardson

Bad experience

Terrible experience unexpected of Hilton brands. Stayed for 1 night, toilet was clogged, front staff was indifferent and the restaurant staff was not keen to even get you a hot cup of milk. Extremely poor service, will not stay ever again

Unexpected situation at Hilton

Bed sheet was in torn condition and even after informing Lobby - Fromt desk twice and twice to house keeping it was not changed . Breakfast very poor . If we take capuchin coffee instead of regular then we are charged for it . Check in staff very very rude .
