Found out our room had no hot water and air conditioner was not working (77 degrees in room) . I called the front desk and the staff replied “yes we have had numerous complaints about that room”. I informed them we would not be staying the second night and were told we could not cancel because we already started the reservation. Management was not helpful. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time staying here!

Clean, up to date, great food, comfortable bed, shower, etc. A great place, looking forward to staying again when I return to the area. No reason to look anywhere else.
It was nice and clean, but they wouldn’t work with a third party booking company. I was charged for a night that I didn’t stay there and and an additional $20 after check out for I know reasons. The walls were very thin. There was a convention going on so this may be why, but we got not sleep due to the people around us having a “good time”. I will not book or stay here again. It is also in a undesirable location with limited food options.
I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and all staff were very friendly. Comfy bed and wonderful shower!
