The staff are always very nice however the TV in our room wasn't working and a tech spent nearly 2 hours of our overnight stay in our room trying to fix it which wasn't quite how we wanted to spend our short amount of time in DFW. We stay at the Grand Hyatt at least 3-4 times a year as we travel back and forth between the US and Australia. This is the first time we have had connectivity problems. We also found the new dining room to be underwhelming and the chairs are ridiculously heavy.

I very clearly asked for a room not far from the elevator. He said it was very close. It was in fact at the end of the long hall. I have three kids and 6 pieces of luggage. Pushing them down the carpet was extremely frustrating as I knew the wheel on one heavy large bag was not working well. We otherwise slept well and the rooms were clean. It’s my third stay in as many weeks. I would appreciate hand pump soap rather than wasting a whole bar of soap for a one night stay. Seems so wasteful.
