Could be better but not bad.

Place was comfy but needs updating. Loved the space. Killed a few spiders but nothing crazy. Room would smell like weed in the middle of the night. Elevator was broken for a few days of our stay and we were so far away from it we didn't realize it was back. Never tried breakfast because we were so far and it was too hot to make it worth the walk.

This is an older property but I knew that when I booked, I also understand the rate charged is much less than you’d find for comparable newer properties. Therefore I wouldn’t complain once I actually stay there. I didn’t encounter any bugs or overflowing trash cans and the area was safe, I didn’t notice anyone gathering outside that didn’t belong and I’m extremely cautious when it comes to safe areas, and very aware of my surrounds so if I saw it, you’d know it. The front desk was very courteous. No issues at all. Lovely stay that didn’t break the bank!

More like Extended stay for people, cats, noise, and lots of trash. Gave the overall vibe I was not a traveler in a hotel but a resident in a group home. Nice area but strange interactions with others on property.

Start cleaning this hotel!

I would so much like to give a better rating because the staff at the hotel did the best they could with this hotel. But, the cleanliness of this hotel is not great. The hallways were dirty every day for 15 days because of mud brought in by guests. The washing machines had hair and junk (a screw!) from other guests’ laundry. The dryers hadn’t had a dust over and the lint filters were always full. The treadmill had to be wiped off before use because of other guests’ sweat. Then, one night there was a downpour of rain. It started dripping massively down the bedroom window. Luckily, we got another room and the charge for that night was taken off our bill. The next room’s bathroom had a giant protruding water leak through the ceiling over bathtub. Only the paint in the ceiling was holding that water back. It also smelled of weed everyday in the hallway or someone was cooking in another room. So, if the cleaning and update of the hotel would have been better, this hotel would have gotten a better rating. The location is great too!

The property and surrounding area is so cute! Very easy walk to lots of dining and shopping. Staff was great, room was fine. Continental breakfast is delivered right to your door. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
