I have stayed here the other times. I love the light set up, the bed is like sleeping on a cloud and you can purchase entry to the spa for half price and get 24 hour access. However, the time was different. The two towels in my room were dirty. One had black on it like a woman just rubbed off her mascara. The other had brown spots like foundation. The biggest issues I had was the hairdryer. The room comes with a hairdryer. I know because I've stayed here before and the description on any website States the room comes with a hairdryer. My room did not have one. I only noticed this after getting out of the shower. I called housekeeping which didn't answer so then I tried the front desk. After ten minutes of trying the girl answered. I explained the situation and she said the hairdryer are downstairs in the lockers. As in the lockers for the spa. I reiterated that the hairdryers for the hotel rooms are in the lockers downstairs. She ignored my question and said I'll ask and see if someone can bring it up. I waited ten minutes and nothing. So then I get dressed, soaking wet and go downstairs. I talk to another girl and explain the situation. She then calls housekeeping about it while the first girl says she already called someone. After the second girl called and I went back to my room, a dryer was delivered in two minutes. That tells me the first girl did t do anything. Needless to say I will never be staying here again.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. With great treatments and things to do down below. You don't even have to leave the hotel. Everything to do on a great vacation is right underneath you. It was fantastic

The hotel staff is rude and unorganized do not provide detailed information wouldn’t recommend stay

Great hotel if you are looking for something that's different than other hotels

This is a spa. Definitely has hotel rooms but just wasn't what I was expecting. Interesting decour in rooms, but this really isn't a normal hotel.

Not that clean or comfortable but cool shower and tub
