We stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. When we checked in my son and I were informed that breakfast would be available an hour before we needed to leave which was great since we had a long day of several flights. When I questioned the need for a $30 deposit the clerk told me that he didn't need to charge the $30.00 and stated that he would not. Which he didnt until 12:30 am which no staff informed me that they were charging to my card. The next morning we were informed by the morning clerk that breakfast would be late. She was chatting it up with a friend so she paid us little attention it would've been super cool if she would've offered my child a sack breakfast but she didn't and when I asked I was told there were none. When I came back down to check out I attempted to hand her the key cards for our room and im not even joking when I say she recoiled in disgust and didn't want to touch the cards the envelope nothing. Here is where that is super messed up... 1. She wasn't wearing a mask, there was a giant jug of sanitizer on the counter, and her and friend were not social distancing.  2. It was super offensive because I am clearly sick with breast cancer.  I told her when I noticed her reaction  to not worry that I had cancer and not something else.. she told me "No worries" and laughed. In the now 4 months that I have been bald and going through treatment I've never had anyone react to me like that...it totally hurt my feelings.

The hotel was very clean it was convenient to the highway convenient to unique restaurants to the city of Dallas and a nice area

The staff was pleasant and kind, check-in was easy though a little confusing as to where we should check in due to Covid-19 having some parts of the hotel closed off. Intially when booking we were promised a free, warm breakfast each morning but due to the pandemic it was removed for safety. Instead, to make up for it, they offered brown lunch bags you could grab from the lobby on your way out that offered one small blueberry muffin and two quaker granola bars, a far cry from what we thought we would be expecting. I understand for safety they had to discontinue the breakfast service, but they could have offered a credit towards my bill, or at the very least a warm snack from their gift shop (they had oatmeal for purchase). The room was clean and spacious, the bed especially was huge and comfortable. My boyfriend and I had plenty of room to stretch out without bumping into one another. Overall, it was a nice room to come back to for the three nights we stayed there. The only other issue I ran into was a day or two later, after returning home from Dallas. I check my bank account to find a $21.00 charge to my account. Confused, I called to find out what it was for, only to find out it was a parking fee, though why there was a parking fee added to my account when we told the gentleman Dennis upon checking in that we didn't have a vehicle was beyond me. Though thankfully after calling and informing them we didn't have a vehicle they promised to remove the charge.

Hotel clerk tried to tell my daughter that Orbitz should have told her that her location had changed to a different Fairfield hotel. They eventually finally found her a double/ double room, but I had already booked a double/queen room. I expect to be compensated from either Orbitz or the hotel.

It is clean and quite. We didn't get the room we reserved but we had a late check in. So we ended up im the handdycap room.

You can tell that the hotel is older, but it is in excellent condition.

Best mattress ever!! Our room was clean, quiet, and looked newly renovated. Great location and great stay overall.

Central location. Convenient to everything we were interested in. Accommodating staff and great breakfast.

It was a disappointing experience since I've come to expect something more from Marriotts and Fairfield Inns. Sheets, including the shower curtain, were stained - some darker stains than others. There were brown dark marks on the shower curtain (which left it up to your imagination how that got there), red/brown stains on the quilt on one of the beds, light washed out stains on the white sheets (but again, this is just gross and no one wants to see light brown stains on their sheets whether clean or not), and there was a dark stain under the bed skirt on one of our beds. I asked housekeeping to come in and change the bed skirt and some of the sheets, but even the new sheets we received had the light brown stains that had obviously been washed out. The place was clean, but the appearance and the quality I've come to expect was not present at this hotel. In addition, we decided to NOT use the pool because of a film of slime we could see on top. My daughter gave the operations manager this feedback and his response was that there was nothing to worry about in the pool. We made the decision not to take the chance with our 7 year old and our two little ones- our one year and two year old. We'll use our pool at home.

The hotel as a whole was very good. The check in staff was super friendly. They introduced themselves and always made conversation with you as you were in or out. The only down side to the hotel was breakfast. There was one man in charge and he was having a very hard time keeping the food stocked. Had to wait a long time to get hot items refilled.

I noticed no microwave, but had refrigerator, did have a bit of trouble with my room key. The wifi for my phone sucked.

I was there for 1 day and everything was great. There were no problems at all.

Great place to stay.... wasn't in the room that much. Just to sleep and Shower anyways.

We had a great stay! Everyone was friendly and everything was clean:) we enjoyed it!

My room had a musky smell. The breakfast had many choices. The fact that you can use the outdoor pool and exercise room from the Marriott next door made it that much better.

Dear Shelli, I recognize your time is valuable and appreciate the feedback you have provided. Receiving warm and friendly service from our staff sets the tone for a great stay. This was not your experience, and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have shared your feedback with the associates, and as a teachable moment, we have discussed our service standards and reviewed improvement opportunities in the service they provide. I am confident that these necessary steps will ensure your experience of disregard is an isolated incident. I hope you choose to stay with us again, whenever your travels bring you back to the Dallas Market Center area. Sincerely, Rodney Aguilera
