The staff was very. I had a great breakfast every morning. It was extremely close to the university of Texas at Dallas

This Garden Inn looks very new, easy drive from DFW via George Bush 190 Fwy from airport to the access road to hotel. The lobby was very nice and spacious, and reception staff was great.. The first floor has a room for free use of desk top computers hooked to 2 printers for printing. Also on first floor is an excellent fitness room with great equipment, and next to indoor pool with jacuzzi. The room was spacious and comfortable. We are very pleased with this Garden Inn, probably among the few best facilities in Garden Inn we stayed. Highly recommend this hotel for Richardson area.

the beds wer some of the most comfortable I have slept in.

I really enjoyed my time there. This is a spot I take my daughter so that we can get away an relax.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. Location isnt the best but the hotel is wonderful and the staff were excellent!

My son and I had a great stay in the Hilton Garden Inn when I was moving him down to college. I picked this hotel for its location near UT Dallas, price and amenities and I was extremely happy with my stay. Rooms were extremely clean and very quiet. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Not a great experience, Looked at this hotel as it was close to UTD and NEW! Problems began at check in when they put me in a King Bed room when I had booked a Two Queen Room.I was not prepared to sleep in a King bed with my grown son. When I called the desk to let them know of the mistake, they told me they had overbooked and there was nothing they could do. I immediatley called the on line travel agent since I booked through them. They negotiated with front desk while I stayed on the phone. After a few moments, On line travel agent informed me that Hilton was going to move me to another hotel with an appropriate room in order to honor the reservation. When I got to the front desk, they had found a room in the same hotel to switch me with a single guest who would be OK with a King bed. This took about an hour to work out. Once we entered our new room, the TV had no cable but after calling the front desk the TV was reprogrammed to work. Just a HUGE HASSLE! Looking elsewhere next time.

Really nice HGI facility. I've always been a fan of HGI properties, but this one was really good. Friendly staff, fresh room, good workout room with multiple treadmills and elliptical machines. Full bar, and restaurant with room service was a pleasant surprise. The counter staff was awesome, the bartender was just as sweet as could be, and the housekeeping staff was friendly too! I will be back.

This was our second time at Hilton Garden Inn. The value we get for this hotel is unbelievable. The room is clean, bedding comfortable, and the staff is friendly and hospitable. We asked for a piece of fruit and the staff immediately got us a couple of apples at 11 PM. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we're in the Dallas area

Staff excellent. Rooms very nice. Staff could not get our family an adjoining room so the upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. The a/c was a little slow to get cool. Probably because there was no air in the hallway and we traveled back and forth between two rooms often. This made our rooms stuffy.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby, elevators, pool area, even laundry area were spotless. All very well-kept. The front desk staff were marvelous, and you couldn't find better service than the small restaurant in the lobby. Our room was very nice; however, the cleaning was much worse than we've ever encountered. While the room itself was immaculate, no one even cleaned it on the 2nd day of our stay. We had to call three times to finally get a maid to come and clean it, and she did it as we were getting ready to go to dinner, so she was only able to empty the trash cans and give us some toilet paper. Sunday was the same. No one showed up. By 5:00, we called, and they sent someone who arrived by 6:00. She did a very thorough cleaning job, but seriously. How ridiculous is that? We had to go to the pool area Sunday morning to steal towels in order to have some for a shower. I don't know what's going on with the cleaning staff, but we've stayed in Motel 6 and had better luck with cleaning staff than that. Very VERY disappointed with the cleaning staff and having to beg to get our room cleaned. Throughout our three-night, 4 day stay, we never had our linens changed. We had to steal towels from the pool area. Sunday morning, I gave up and laundered towels with our other laundry in their very nice laundry room for $3.00 a load. Seriously impressed with the beautiful, QUIET hotel and very comfortable beds and pillows. Our room was ice-cold when we put the A/C all the way down. That was lovely. No complaints about anything in our room: Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The food in the lobby restaurant was very good as well. I've never had a problem with the cleaning people before, and it really puts a cramp in your activities when you don't have simple things like toilet paper and towels. Other than what hopefully was a fluke with the cleaning service, we had a very nice stay. Never heard one footstep or anything from our neighbors, which tells me the walls are very well-insulated. It was a very nice hotel, and only complaint I have is the total and complete lack of cleaning.
