We had a family above us running around all night, it felt like they were practicing for the playoffs up stairs, when we mentioned it to the staff they just brushed us off, well when you have a conference the following morning sleep is vital.

My refrigerator never worked . The second day I reported the issue and a guy replaced my fridge with a smaller fridge full of water. So I had to use a roll of paper towels to absorb standing water from the smaller replacement refrigerator and all the water on the floor underneath the replacement refrigerator.

always chosen Embassy Suites for their reliable accommodations, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this stay was far from the standard I’ve come to expect. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was leftover hair in the showers, and socks were found under the bed covers, suggesting the bedding hadn’t been properly changed. It was incredibly disappointing and not at all what I expect from this brand. While the customer service staff were cordial when I mentioned these issues, I was surprised that no manager was called to address them. I didn’t bring it up sooner because my family and I were in a rush to leave for an event, but I feel that this lack of cleanliness and follow-through reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards. This experience was deeply disappointing and has made me reconsider my trust in Embassy Suites. I hope this is not a sign of declining quality across the brand, but it has certainly left me questioning whether I will return in the future.
