Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful always smiling and friendly. The front desk staff made our stay very enjoyable
The room was spacious.. made to wait over 2 hours for check in and were given a room where the kitchen burners wouldn’t work and was dirty. They did switch rooms and the other one was ok.
It started out pretty good. The second night around 11:30pm we heard water pouring from the bathroom above us. I called the front desk to report it. The water eventually stopped but no explanation was given and no one ever came to check the damage to our bathroom. Night 4 the AC went out around midnight. I called the front desk, she offered us some floor fans. to get us through the night because they didn't have any other 2 room suites available. Just 1 room with a single king bed. The next day I get back from work, still no AC, I called the front desk and 10 minutes later the maintenance guys shows up. I asked if he had already stopped by earlier, he said he was not aware there was an issue with our AC. I asked about the water leak in the bathroom, he also had no idea there was a leak. He later told me the tub in that room was cracked causing the water to leak into our bathroom. I called and spoke to the front desk about getting a discount which she assured me would happen. Well, it didn't. No one ever followed up.

Overall good stay and friendly staff. However, this particular property was very underwhelming. In the future management should provide training on facility presentation and cleanliness and also ensure breakfast is properly prepared for guests with the same selection as other Staybridge hotels in Austin.

The room size was very nice, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had. The hotel has a very nice look to it as soon as you come into the lobby. I woud definitely stay there again.
Great accommodations and service. A brief problem with my room; however, it was resolved in less than 10 mins and I was moved to another room.......Thanks

Too close to highway. Lots of noise from traffic and train. Air conditioner fan broken and made noise. Room very small for 5. One very small bathroom. Room smelled as though someone had smoked in it. The pool was unusable because it was over-chlorinated. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. They had a great breakfast and the common areas were nice, but I would not bring my family here again.
The room was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Every breakfast and evening meal that we had there was very nice.
We stayed here for two nights in April. Finally a hotel room with wine glasses!
My fiance and I had a great stay at this particular Staybridge. Our room was a nice size, they were clean, had wonderful amenities, pretty decent breakfast, the staff was super nice and helpful, the location was right off the highway so it's just a hop skip and a jump from Austin. The most important thing for us was they were pet friendly. It was a comfortable and convenient stay that we would and will do again.
Went to Austin to visit my kids that are in college for the weekend and the hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Can't wait to go again.
Our second time at a Staybridge Hotel. We enjoyed a comfortable bed, wonderful room, an amazing breakfast, and a great staff.
Was pleasantly surprised - greeted warmly by the front desk, who went out of their way to make sure I was given the 1 bedroom with King bed I'd requested after my reservation was inexplicably changed to a 2 bedroom that I didn't need. Quiet, centrally located, clean, and nice upgrades. Reasonably priced. Will stay here again!
