This our favorite place to stay when visiting the Austin area. The facility and rooms are very clean and the staff is great. The location is really convenient. Within walking distance to several restaurants and gas. Will stay again!

The staff was excellent. The beds and bedding are absolutely horrible. I chose this hotel because of location. However, I may change that in future stays. The mattress ALWAYS are worn out with huge hollows in the middle. Extremely uncomfortable. The sheets are disgusting. I don't know what the fabric is but it feels like polyester. It is not a breathable material and I'm left sweaty in every season we've stayed there. I literally hate your bedding. The handicapped shower is very nice except. water gets all over the entire bathroom floor. It is a pain in the ass to use one of the limited towels we have to mop up all the water. My last trip there left me angry and tired.

I asked for a room on the first floor and they didn’t give it to me because they said I booked with a third-party. Even though I was a Hilton honors member they still booked me on the fourth floor. Very disappointing.
