Cabinet door broken off hindge had a smell bed was lumpy

The desk staff and the housekeeping are all very friendly. The facility is comfortable and clean. They are in the process of repairing some areas that may have been damaged during the storm but it doesn’t make the facility unacceptable. Come stay!

The room smelled funny and the bath tub want cleaned well.

Has a home feeling. The staff is very friendly. Overall great.

Room was worn. Needed paint touch ups and hallway was the same. Breakfast was very good.

Staff is great. Property is dated. Breakfast is good Price is very good

Lobby smelled like stale smoke. Room smelled like vomit. Furniture had flooding damage.

Carpeting that can only be described as seizure inducing. All mismatched furniture in the suite, like it was found at flee markets. Uncomfortable bed with smallish pillows that have no substance. Like trying to put you head on a creme puff. You immediately sink in to no support at all. They have a big poster indicating they are upgrading. They need to. It looks like management hasn't spent any money on this place in years. When we arrived we had to wait in our car while 6 women were having a water balloon fight outside across the entrance. We could not enter until they were finished. No one came out to tell them to knock it off.

I’ve stayed at Country Inns before and chose this one for that reason. This hotel is older but is clean and comfortable. I stayed for several days so I met several staff members and they were all pleasant to work with. Room was comfortable as was the bed. TV had a good selection including premium channels. It has a full breakfast that was good. I enjoyed reading around the pool also but the water was too cold this time of year. This hotel is also located to good restaurant within walking distance.

The atmosphere had a hometown country feel. Before breakfast I sat on the wooden rocking chairs in front porch and read my Bible while drinking a cup of coffee. So relaxing before heading to Austin. The staff was great and the Mexican restaurant in the front parking lot was off the chain. Great place to stay!

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. Pretty easy to get.to if you know the side streets. Trying to get around the area between 4-8pm on a Friday afternoon is a nightmare. Nice hotel, they were trying to start remodeling while we were there, still the place looked neat and for the most.part.clean.

wasn't as great as it could have been. fairly decent place, nice staff but the food was terrible, it's a difficult place to find even with GPS. I personally like hot tubs and they didn't have one. plus the pool only opened at 10am. as i was there for business it would have been nice to have open for a swim before i had to leave for meetings. saw a couple dead cockroaches on the hall floor (gigantic ones i might add). i probably won't stay there again but if you need a last minute less expensive alternative this is ok i suppose.

Great deal, great stay!! Definitely going back!! No complaints..

No one was available to help with luggage. New carpet installation was in progress on our floor, the elevator was blocked so had to take staircase causing aggravation to my wife's existing knee injury. There was a piece of chocolate stuck to the ceiling over one of the beds. Breakfast was lacking in quality. My wife called for a female assistant and no one was available. Also there was no covered parking causing me to get wet while loading our luggage. Finally the pool was outside, and dirty. For a "three star" rating, we were very disappointed and think it is overrated; for the price.

It was a mistake staying in that hotel that's all I can say.

Not very clean. Could use some upgrades. Pool was dirty. Staff was ok but I didn't feel comfortable

Smelled like smoke everywhere even the lobby and 3 crickets in my room. the chain lock was broken and my room was on the first floor right next to the exit door!! I am a single female and it scared me . If it wasn't so late at night I would have checked into a different hotel. Internet service was worthless as well .
