My stay at the Hampton inn was a great stay, the staff members were polite. And curious, rooms was remarkable clean, towels fresh... I didnt like the fact the in pool was down..but it was ok Over all great stay
I stayed at this property before. The room was entirely filled with down. When i checked in, they said there was nothing they could do. I sleep on bath towels with a sheet. I suffered terrible allergies. This time when i called for my reservation, i inquired about a down free room with the manager. I got just that. The staff was excellent as was the free breakfast. Abundant and full of delicious choices. Thanks for a lovely stay, Hamptin Inn!

Carpet was dirty, property is just old and tired. Exterior lighting was out, and we wondered if the property was even open when we pulled up. It looked like it may have been turned into a rehab facility. The hot tub water was clean, but the tile looked like ti had not been scrubbed for weeks. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Elevator was dirty, Front door was not working so lobby was very cold every time opened the door. Not sure how this property had a 4 star rating.

This hotel is in a convenient location for work in Lubbock. I like that there are many dining options within walking and driving distance. The hotel itself is nice and clean, but the internet was a bit slow. Good breakfast and nice staff as well.
Good location, easy access to other areas, shopping, tennis courts. Parking can be a problem with other hotels so close. Undestood refrigerator in double rooms, however only in suite areas w/king bed & sofa bed.

The staff was great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The people in the room next to me were loud at times, but that was not the hotels fault.
The hotel worked out perfect, since we were there for the Texas Tech three day orientation. Breakfast was included as well as wi-fi, and it was close to the Texas Tech campus.
My family and I just visited Lubbock for a short vacation. We loved the Hampton Inn it was in a great location, great dining places in walking distance. They had the best free breadfast buffett I have ever seen. The rooms were spotless ! I would recommend everyone to stay here !
There are two Hampton Inns in Lubbock and this is not the new one, but it is pleasant and clean.When we came into the room, the light in the bathroom was popping and shorting; I called the office and [...] was sent to check. He and I agreed that it was probably just the florescent bulb going out, but when I pointed out that if it were to short out and catch fire, the fire would be between us and the door, he fixed the bulb. There was rather a lot of to-do about fixing it, and I wondered why the maid had not notified maintainence when she cleaned the room, but all was done cheerfully and helpfully and [...] was a pleasant person to deal with.The breakfast was good. . . good fruit bowl, as well as hot food.
